We have lived for almost 9 months and we still love it don't believe the critics about the crimes and drug problem and they are cracking down on the drug dealing and selling of drugs

DO NOT GO HERE
This place is a complete dump this place has roaches bedbugs and rats the management is a joke they dont fix anything and they dont care about you i lived here three years and went last winter without any heat i had to use my stove they let anyone live here drug dealers smoking in the laundry room always is filled with weed smoke crack heads loud parties and leaks plz dont be fooled by this so called new makeover on the building they just put on a new roof on the building and i had 12 buckets in my apartment because the roof leaked so bad my walls buckled and they dont care about the back parking lot it is never shoveled in the winter your car will always get stuck and apartment break-ins PLZ DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS NEW MAKE-OVER THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE DUMP DON'T EVER RENT HERE hallways always nasty and funky the Cabrini greens was a five star vegas hotel compared to this place the pictures will look good now BUT PLZ BELIEVE ME ITS A DUMP DONT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Run!!!
This place has had bed bugs three times since I've been here for the last four years! They just don't care about the property. Oh and let's not forget the randomness of drug raids with the police running through the halls. This is the worst possible choice you can choose. RUN!!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE ????????????????
