We absolutely love it here. Amazing leasing staff, maintenance is here within minutes if a problem arises. Beautiful landscaping (they come every week). Valet trash! Great location!

Great all around experience, application, and move in were easy. Had a lot of help during the move in process!only thing missing is a gym key fob so I can start taking advantage of the gym!

We've been through three administrations in a year, and they're trying to keep up. Noisy neighbors, thin walls and floors. Everything is clean and organized.

I love how quiet it is here. Everyone seems pretty nice and they’re respectful of your privacy. The dog park is amazing. I love our apartment. Very spacious and there’s a lot of storage. We’re on the first floor and I love the upgrades with the vinyl planking throughout. The staff is very nice and the maintenance guys are on top of any issues you may encounter. The pool is great and the property is well kept. It’s an older property but they’re working hard to renovate and they are doing a great job.

I absolutely love living here. The office staff & maintenance crew are on point and friendly. The grounds are maintained beautifully. It's pet friendly which is a huge bonus. I appreciate the communication via email. It's peaceful, community oriented, and has a nice neighborhood feel. I have yet to meet someone who doesn't say hello as you walk by. It's truly a wonderful place to live and I cannot wait to renew my lease next year! Highly recommend it.

I have five years living here and I love it! The apartment are very clean and beautiful! My kids are so heppy to live here ! They play outside with the kids and have fun at the pool too! I would recommend it for other people who are looking for a place to live!

I feel that the office staff is very accommodating and the maintenance team come right out when you have issues. I love the workout room and the pool even though it is closed right now.

I love the management team, especially Bridgette, she is so nice and accommodating! The maintenance team is good also. I love living here, especially since it is close to my job and my son's also. I wish the workout room had more machines, but it is okay!

I’m a new resident at Meadow Brook and so happy I chose to make this my home. The office staff is SO nice and they always make conversation when I see them or answer any questions I have. It says a lot! It’s very pretty here and I like the amenities for my dog, especially with so many clean up stations. They provide a lot of community events too which I haven’t attended yet, but I love that they’re offered often! I definitely feel like I made the right choice. :)

Meadow Brook Preserve has been a nice place to live. Rental rates do not reflect the lack of amenities, however. Staff are very nice and so is the maintenance staff. No complaints there. The overall appearance of the common areas of the apartment building is not so good. I get a little embarrassed when someone come to visit. The steps are cracking and pieces are falling over my head. Several steps have been marked for replacement but that has not been completed. Maybe the steps cannot be obtained with the supply shortages.

Thought it was a good deal and location but as time went on. It has not been a good experience. I wont be renewing my lease, the amenities need major upgrades. The property is not clean at times. Experiences have soured my experience while living here.

I love it here !!! We decided to move and my biggest worry was finding a good pet-friend friendly place for our Dog. We found the Meadowbrook and so so happy with this decision. Our leasing agent Jen was absolutely wonderful and pleasant, and guided us through from application to move-in. The Maintenance staff is incredibly swift and professional. The units are in great condition and most importantly, no bugs... I hate bugs and they seem to have hired the right pest control team who uses pet-safe products... It feels great to be here.

We very much enjoy living at Meadowbrook Preserve. It is a very well-kept community that is quiet and filled with wonderful people. It is dog-friendly which was hard to find here in Naples and we feel very welcome here with pets. The apartments are new and clean and have a nice layout. The pool and dog-park are fantastic amenities along with the car cleaning area. We LOVE the Thursday food trucks and the special events hosted by the team here. It's a great place to live!

Meadow Brook Preserve has been my favorite residency in Naples. I have lived in other apartment facilities and rental options. No management has compared to the management at Meadow Brook! Meadow Brook is a decent place to live. Location is great, its quite and residents are friendly. Dog park is better with sod instead of bark, the doggy water fountain hose was broke and the pet bath station was always dirty and clogged.
