Landlord is awful.
Landlord walked in unannounced while we were sleeping and let someone else if first as well. Gave us a week to get out. Never fixed the toilet even though we had told him to. Also either shut off the hot water or didn't fix it and took over a month in the middle of winter. Do not rent from him.

Landlord is a cheap, lying, misunderstanding loser
I would never ever rent from them again. I followed the lease like any other good tenant should do, but he never came over to fix anything. In the middle of the winter my heat went out in the bedroom, and kept telling and telling for months that the heat was broken but he never came over to fix it. Then i told a job in another town and had to move, i told them the day i found out which was like 3-4 months before my lease ended. I kept paying rent until the lease was over. Two days later, after i returned the keys, i got a noticed from codington county clerks of court that he was taking me to small claims court for not cleaning the place. My mother and i cleaned that place for two days, overing ever square inch. Never rent from them
