1 bedroom: 950, pets no longer allowed
So, I viewed this property recently. A tiny 1 bedroom is now 950. But they are putting in laminate flooring and it doesn't look too bad. The pool is still scary but if all goes well, I'd rent this property. Pets are no longer allowed but are grandfathered in for tenants who already have them.
