Matteson is a large suburban village on the south side of Orland Park and about thirty miles south of Chicago. Property Ratings at Matteson Blu
The WHOLE COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I was moved from one complex to another & still had the SAME EXPERIENCE. They are careless when it comes to actually resolving issues. Also, the pictures are staged more nicely than what they actually look like.

Hi Alanta, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have checked our maintenance records and do not show any work orders placed for a roach issue in your unit or building. We do have a weekly and monthly contract with local pest control to keep our property clean and bug-free. We have changed our pest control company a few times due to the company not completing the job to our standards. As always, if you are having an issue please be sure to report it to the office or through the maintenance portal so we can get you taken care of.
Your car will be towed even though you live on the property and they do not provide a parking sticker. The prices for the units are extremely too high for the amount of problems this complex has. The first day of moving in there was sign on all the windows that says this unit is not approved by the city. They just build this property and already have pest issues and plumbing problems. They will not give you your security deposit back after damage has been done to your property due to water damage, dirt and mildew was over everything in the unit, the walls literally looked like a fire happened in the unit, floor are completely soaked with water. The staff does not care at all. You can think these apartments look nice but they did a very crappy job with building, seems very rushed. Save your money and look for something better and please get renters insurance. Wish i could give zero stars!
