I have been a resident for 3 years now and this has been the best decision I ever made when choosing an apartment. The complex is clean, quiet, and everyone is extremely friendly. Maintenence support has always been impeccable. I've had to call the weekend line at 10pm on a Saturday before, and someone swung by less than an hour later to help out. My only complaint would be how high the shelving is. There is plenty of space, but I usually have to pull out a stool to get to it.

Nice amenities in a great location! Downtown Hudson has plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. In house washer and dryers are a plus as well!

Good place to live; 4 stars. Sometimes new neighbors will not know the rules and break them, but it’s handled well. The office workers and maintenance are good people. I have two dogs and see the neighborhood often. The staff create and attend community events often, which is very engaging. When there’s a food-related event (like a food truck) sometimes it gets pricy but supports local businesses. The neighbors can’t all be good; some changed for the better but most of the bad ones move out quickly. There is an entire apartment building that is handicap friendly with apartments specifically designed for certain needs. Various disabilities can be seen throughout our community as well as invisible disabilities such as mine. I live here with the help of Section 8. The fridges here are a certain brand and need water filter replacements often if you want to make ice. Something is wrong with the pipes, honestly; they break every year. Air conditioning and heater too. Not their fault though.

We have lived at Hudson Matrix for 7 years. The maintenance staff is on site, well trained and highly responsive to maintenance requests from the tenants as well as doing ongoing preventive maintenance. We have found them to be timely and very thorough in their work when we have requested their services. They were replacing the hot water heater unit in our apartment recently. They did an excellent job on its installation. Thank you, Luis, Ramone, and John!! And thank you to the onsite management team coordinating the tenant services across Hudson Matrix, our apartment home.
The apartments are spacious and fairly new depending whether you were the first tenants in your unit. We are one of the first tenants to live here so everything is brand new (laundry units, microwave, stove etc). The rooms are filled with large windows and high ceiling which is nice. Management is great! Whenever there is a problem or issue with your apartment they can assist you in a timely manner.

It’s a fairly newly constructed apartment. We have been here for two years now and have no complaints. Management office is very responsive and diligent when dealing with maintenance issues. Apartment is conveniently located, right off 290/495. The apartments are close to several grocery stores, shops, fast food chains etc. Brightly lit outside and inside the apartments. Feels like a safe community.

Been here for two years and have no big complaints. Really nice location (right next to conservation land), great shopping and food very close by. Management here is great, Liz (the manager) has been exceptional, very helpful and pleasant! Unit is very nice as well, very cozy. Recommend!
I am a new tenant residing at Matrix apartment. Building is new and amenities are good, Maintenance is really good if there are any issues in the apartment we can open a ticket online and the next business day they will work on it and fix it. I do not have any complaints as far as with the apartment but the management is terrible. When I first leased the apartment I asked the staff working at the leasing office that when will I receive my utility bill (water/sewer).She said she will let me know when it is delivered and she also said leasing office will receive it instead of tenant. I wondered why the leasing office will receive the water/sewer bill. whatever it is Okay, So every month I went to drop off my rent check and I kept asking them if I got any mail drops here at the leasing office. They kept telling me they did not receive anything. They did not even care to hand it over to me until it is way way overdue (Past 6 months)..and with an extra letter stating that I am way over due attaching current over due bill. When I talked to the customer representative in the utility department she said they delivered every month to my address but it kept delivered to the leasing office for some reason. Now you can understand how terrible management here it is.Where are the utility bills for the past 6 months then? They just dropped an informal envelop with current bill notice and an extra letter from leasing office that it is over due . Turnover for the staff is too high..every couple of months they keep changing the employees.
the building is new and the location is good but very very bad management. They trick tenant in every single thing to get money and they lie about the features of the unit. For example Features •High-Speed Internet Access-> you have to call Verizon to buy a plan from Verizon but they miss leading people by listing as a Features. •Storage Units-> you have to buy the Storage Units from them monthly but they miss leading people by skipping "ready" word. •Intercom-> there is no intercom •Sprinkler System-> for them to use only. In the unit, I didn't see it When I came to look at the apartment I like it because of it new and near to my work. They said that there is the promotion in Dec move in. if I move in on Dec I will get 1 month free. However, they said that I have to move on Dec 15 to get promotion of 1 month free while another apartment told me that I can move on Dec 31 and get 1 month free. I told them about other apartment offer they keep saying that they can’t do it , each property management have different rule……. I believe them and deposited. After that, I am thinking I can’t just pay 1/2 month and not living in it so I came back the next day and say I cancel. Now when I cancel they turn around and said it OK to move in on Dec 30 and still get 1 month free. They are not honest and professional like other property management (at least at the other apartment I talked to) Because of it near to my work I deposit and have a schedule to move-in on Dec 30. Right after signing the contract I got a call from my brother saying that he needs a place to stay in Hudson. Since 12/31/2017 and 1/1/2018 are Sunday and New Year Holiday so I can't notice them. On the 1/2/2018 the very next business day of after I signed the contract, I request to amendment my contract with my brother name on it. They said I have to pay $100 fee:(. They don’t allow you to decorate Christmas at the door, they don’t allow you to have family visit more than 14 days. They said because of safety but they list the property on Airbnb for rent weekly. How safety of the apartment when you have people come to the building for rent by weekly? You can’t contact them. If you want something to have to run to the office if you email them they scare off the proof so they never answer unless it is related to money. I stuck here if I know they treat people like this I will trade my freedom and peace with the new apartment.

We do have many policies and procedures in place to insure a safe and welcoming community to all prospective residents and current residents. All specials and promotions are subject to pricing and availability and do change quite frequently. We would love to assist you with anything that you have going on in your apartment home! Our intercom system is fantastic and has it buzz right to your cell phone, if you would like us to assist with setting it up for you please just reach out to the leasing office, we would be more than happy to help! We do take our subletting policies very seriously and monitor and address and actively such as air bnb as it something we do not allow on our property. We do want to have a safe community for our residents. Please reach out to the leasing office for any questions regarding any and all policies and we would be more than happy to go over them again with you!
I was the first person to live in my apartment..who doesn't love that! They are big and close to the highways, it's a really convenient location. Everyone at the leasing office was super professional and helpful with the whole process. Applying was really easy. Everything has been great so far. There are garage that you can add on to your lease. I should of done it right when I signed but I was able to go back and add it.
