Property Ratings at Maryland Park
Good community with very well satisficed maintenance
Location is very good and it is convenient to go to connect with 270 and 364 highway.
Supposedly renovated apartment, but multiple issues like loose bathroom fixtures, HVAC system faulty, flooring peeling off, nails in the carpet poking out, windows leak when it rains.
I have lived here for many years and overall my experience has been very good.
Friendly and helpful office staff, area is clean, neighbors are friendly, quite, peaceful
My experience at Maryland Park has been very positive great neighbors and great staff. I give five stars to the response time when there is any type of issues especially maintenance Office staff very professional and friendly always willing to assist you
There have been a lot of changes for the better.Painting and new siding. The last management company were horrible. But once Greystar took over there were improvements.
My experience in Maryland Park has been great. Management is always available and act fast on maintenance issues. The community is made of of a variety of residents and there are no problems. Area is clean and no mess laying around
It's a safe area of Maryland Heights with great access to 270 to get anywhere in St. Louis rather quickly.
Maintenance at Maryland park is excellent. Jason from maintenance team is excellent at work.
This is s family oriented community for the most part. There has been no drama with neighbors and it is quiet at night. This is the 2nd time I have chose Maryland Park and if I move back to the area I would likely come back.
The new management is doing excellent job in responding to residents complaints and taking necessary action to resolve it. I'm very much satisfied. Thank you Greystar. Keep it up
I have been living here for 21 years and Maryland Park has gone downhill.
Maryland Park is a great place to live great neighbors, pet friendly, nice pool and great office staff
We signed a new lease in July and our apartment flooded shortly after. They would not let us break our lease and I had to MAKE them do basic repairs that should be done in an apartment that has flooded. They gave us one months free rent and we proceeded to deal with 3 months worth of work to repair the damages of the flood while living in the apartment. Fast forward to now - the new management company is now making changes to our lease that are causing our rent to increase by $100+ a month when we were told it would be a few dollars of difference. Just go somewhere else - these apartments are not worth the hassle or the money.
I've lived here for over a year - the management is prompt and accommodating, it's quiet (so many apartments have such thin walls), and the grounds always look good.
I love my apartment complex. I love my neighbors. The leasing office staff is top notch. Maintenance team are like family. Could be happier in my lovely apartment
