This is an amazing place to be. My wife lived here for 3 years and I moved in a year ago and it has been solid!

Amazing place, great management company to deal with. Easily the best I have ever dealt with. They fix service issues incredibly fast, even on weekends. They will work with you to get the best apartment and outcome.

The environment is so friendly and well kept. The staff is so helpful and fast whenever there is something you need help with.

This is my second year renting with Northland Management, and the entire team has been nothing short of attentive, kind, and professional. My current apartment at Lake Park Apartments and my old apartment at Maryland Park have clearly been well taken care of, and in the few times I’ve needed anything, the maintenance team has been quick to resolve the issue. All in all, renting here has been easy and I would recommend it to anyone!

Northland Management is fantastic. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly, the staff is kind and thoughtful, and apartments are affordable considering they're located in the East Side neighborhood. I recommend Northland Management properties to every person that says they're moving to Milwaukee.

This is a great place to live. The staff and management are very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. In great walking distance to most needs and a short drive or bus ride to my favorite places. Underground parking is a plus! No complaints

I have lived at the Maryland Park apartments from Northland Management for over four years now. I couldn't recommend them enough! It is in a wonderful location being less than a 15 minute walk to UWM, several restaurants, a library, a bookstore, CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, and it's just down the street from the Urban Ecology Center. Management is wonderful, very respectful, and friendly. Any concerns we have had (which have been few and far between) have been addressed promptly. Maintenance is excellent, with most if not all requests I've ever made been completely resolved the next day. The building is clean and secure - each resident has a key fob to get them into the building and important community areas such as the garage and Laundry rooms. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful as well. It is a great apartment choice for students and non-students alike!

I've lived in this apartment for two consecutive years, and I'm going on my third! The staff is incredibly friendly, and management is always quick to respond when needed. It's super affordable and the perfect place for a college student! The location is also ideal—close to campus, restaurants, and everything I need. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, and I feel safe and comfortable here. I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

As someone renting for the first time, the space is incredible. The staff are welcoming, it's in a safe location, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The common areas are always clean and it's very close to UW-Milwaukee's campus and Downer. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Northland is an excellent apartment management company. I started living in one of their properties in 2020 and have no regrets about choosing them. The office staff have been very friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns I've had over the past few years. The maintenance team is very responsive and looks at/fixes all problems the day after a request. We constantly see the common areas being thoroughly cleaned to make sure the building is a welcoming place. It's also in a great location to walk to different businesses like coffee shops, the library, some restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores. Also, the neighbors in the building and the surrounding area are very friendly and nice. Plus, the rent is affordable. Genuinely, my boyfriend and I have no complaints. I’ve signed 5 lease agreements to stay in my apartment and really like it here!

I have been renting a studio apartment with Northland Management for 3 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. Management personnel is very friendly. Maintenance requests get solved promptly. When I moved in, my unit had put in new windows as well as new vinyl flooring. The building I live in gets cleaned and maintained regularly. Heat and water included in rent are also great perks. I would recommend Northland Management and their properties to other Milwaukee renters.

Maintenance responds very quickly and common spaces are always clean. The management team is always in the office to answer questions. They are super friendly. Amazing location. I feel super safe here!

It has been more than a pleasure to live at Lake Terrace apartments! My roommate and I have been living here for almost two years and we have had zero complaints, as the team has been very lovely. This property management is attentive, clean, organized, and on top of the game! We really appreciate how wonderful this team has been during our time of residency. If you are looking for a great and affordable place to reside, Northland Management will go above and beyond to make sure you love where you live. I have been living in a Northland Management property for around 6 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Management and maintenance always incredibly responsive to any concerns. The building feels very safe and clean (even the laundry room feels clean/tidy). All common areas are very well kept. I have never had any concerns for my safety or worried about someone stealing my mail. I think the properties are very reasonably priced, especially for being within walking distance from campus. Management was great at finding an apartment for my roommate and I with parking spots available!

Northland Management has been wonderful! They have been very helpful and friendly in the renting process, and paying rent is very user friendly. The building itself is kept very clean and up to date, and the lobby always smells nice! Maintenance responds very quickly, and they are diligent in making sure that everyone has a positive experience living here. Safety is also a top priority and key fobs are utilized to ensure that residents and our packages are kept secure. On top of all of that, their seasonal decorations always brought a smile to my face! I would highly recommend this apartment building!

Moved into a unit in June. Amazing windows and light. Walls are cracked in some areas and bathroom sink pipes are a little exposed. Other than that it’s been great! No issues and issues are resolved mainly next day.

I’ve lived at property managed by these people for 5,6 years now and they run a good business. The app to take care of rent and make any needed maintenance repairs works very well. The requests I have made over time are handled promptly. They have given me no problems.

Maryland Park is a great place to live. It’s super close to UWM and downtown Milwaukee, so very convenient for those whose don't have car. Staffs are very friendly and solve resident’s problems very quickly. Price is affordable as well!

Very clean place! Never have an issue with trash or cleanliness of common spaces. There's an elevator, which is really nice to have. The available parking garage is such a nice option and it's very helpful for staying out of the winter weather here! Management is very nice and timely with replies. I would recommend this place to anyone interested!
