NOT A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX: So I've lived here for several months now, and I'm extremely disappointed to find that this is not a smoke free community. I specifically inquired about a smoke free clause upon signing my lease and was told that yes, this is a smoke free community, and I as well as all members of this community have signed a smoke free addendum upon move in. I've had an issue with individuals smoking in my complex for several months now, and I've reached out to management about it 9 times now, and nothing has been done. They continue to tell me they are "expediting the process" all the while nothing is occurring, the hallways still wreak, and the neighbors are still extremely inconsiderate. I've had to run air purifiers and my electric bill is ATROCIOUS due to this issue, and the management company's efforts to "resolve the situation" are futile. Extremely disappointed in Martins Point and BH management. If you are looking for a smoke free apartment community, take my advice and look elsewhere.

It's a beautiful community. East access to highways. Parking is good. Plenty of shopping close by. Management is great. Maintenance is great.

Overall, Martin's point is a nice area, and seems to have polite residents. The large hotel looking building nearby has partys sometimes which are quite loud. The apartment I moved into was also disgustingly dirty. Besides that it is a good place.

It’s safe and has a gym and pool. However it’s very pricy for what it is and for how many issues there are with the apartment.

I been a resident for over six years and I love it. I feel safe and secure. I do however wish we could barbecue on our balconies. I know it's a fire code issue bur I still would enjoy the convenience instead of having to go to the park.

Martin's Apartments is the best apartment I have lived at so far. I absolutely love the Manager and the ladies in the leasing office. Very professional and very thorough. When you want something done they move on it. People work hard for their money and a place where you live should be a place where you have peace. I want to see how the landscaping and sumner activities are done in the summer before I give my complete 100%. I am at 85%. I will say this whomever hired that team in the office. GREAT JOB!!! The Manager and the leasing agents are 100% AWESOME!!!!! I don't say that about anyone unless I mean it!!!

Martin's Point has been a great living experience for me and my daughter. I highly recommend this community.
Excellent community with many amenities. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, expressways and commuter trains. Apartments are spacious and accommodations are current and very nice! Enjoy living at Martins Point!
The maintenance and management take care of any maintenance requests very quickly. Just this morning, I advised them that my bathroom ceiling fan light was out. Maintenance was knocking at my door to replace the light bulb within a half hour.
Its just a wonderful place to call home! Its close to literally everything, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet suburban lifestyle. Great apartments with all the amenities you could want. Its just been great so far.

Based on the uncleanliness of the apartment, I can't spread the word. It's a nice unit overall, but I'm very disappointed in the recent turn of events. Canethia and Kotryna have been very helpful. It's disheartening and I hope that addressing my concerns do not tarnish the building of rapport with management.
So far, living at Martins Point has been exceptional. The application and move-in process was seamless and management is very helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. The community is clean, quiet and friendly. We are very happy that we have made a home here and look forward to staying!
Maintenance comes quickly and does their best to fix the problem.

Martin s Point is a great community (my building) management make themselves available and the maintenance team is friendly and responsive.
I absolutely Love this property! Very peaceful, clean and a courteous place to Live! Canethia and Christine has always been there to assist me!
Although I had a few items that needed to be fixed when I first moved in, maintenance was very responsive and showed up at my door to fix the problems the morning after I moved into my apartment. Thus, far a good experience.
The management members are friendly and are available to hear any concerns you may have.

This is the second apartment complex I lived in. It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. The front office the people are great to deal with. Maintenance they take care of any issues within 24 hours. I actually needed help overnight and maintenance came out to fix my problem. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for an apartment in the Lombard area.
