The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Marsh Run Townhomes
Property manager or landlord whatever you wanna call her wasn’t nice when we lived in these townhomes she was slow to respond to issues or questions if you were lucky you’d get a response mostly wasn’t the case though. But when she needed something from you it needed done asap or you’re getting threatening emails and letters saying you’ll be evicted. I pray she’s found a heart she wasn’t kind for the many years we lived here. Grounds keeper was entirely creepy and was always making woman on property super uncomfortable, praying they’ve got rid of him.
