Dont move into these alartments, terrible management. Terrible facilities. Terrible communication. Highly recommend finding another location to live on the island. If i could give negetive 5 stars i would.
My apartment is the perfect little beach house! It is spacious and inviting and the hottest place to be amoung all my friends. The natural light makes my apartment feel very comfortable and feel like a home.
Complex is being updated, new pool and gym area. Our apartment is spacious with plenty of storage, a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome. Only downside is our AC upstairs doesn't get as cold as downstairs, and we were told they can't fix it because it's just an issue with the ductwork and would require redoing the entire building's ducts. They're replacing all the floors with new laminate flooring that looks like wood and is actually really beautiful. And we had all new appliances when we moved in. Barn in the front office can be super sweet or kind of rude depending on when you catch her, and make sure you ALWAYS get a receipt when you pay your rent. They lost ours the first month and if I hadn't kept my receipt they wanted to charge us again. Not somewhere I'd stay for an extended period of time but a great starter for my fiance and I.
I moved in here a bit ago and it has been a nightmare. Water line breaks all the time. It smells like poo most days and the water is so hard that it leaves you feeling gross even after you have had a shower. Water heater is so small that an idea of a bath takes about an hour just to get the tub full enough for a decent soak. You better hope you don't have an ac issues in the middle of july because either you will have to wait until the morning or if it's the weekend all weekend long. They do not have any type of window unit back ups for such a thing. I just don't have one nice thing to say about this place. I could go on and on but I just really don't have the strength. Just trust me you do not want to live here. Pay a few more bucks and go somewhere over the bridge.
Apt 1904 , no one is ever there , dogs bark constantly, clocks alarms goes off and buzzing in all hours of the day and night. cigarettes butts in water cups on back patio at all times.I've seen atleast 3 animals inside , scratching at the blinds and Windows to get out. There was empty beer bottles on back patio too. There has been bags of animals droppings on front doorstep for weeks now and haven't even moved. Old cat litter spilling out of bags. And the area around that APT just stinks and smells really terrible. This is getting ridiculous, cause no one is doing anything about this problem.
