Marquis on Memorial

I stopped last week to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment. I spoke to Morgan. She was incredibly friendly and gave me a tour of the facility. She was so thorough and helpful. Definitely a beautiful, clean, well maintained apartment complex. I received emails in a very timely manner from Morgan after I left. Very Professional and easy to work with.

Moving in was so fast and easy. Maintenance and office staff are very friendly! I love my apartment!!

They lost my rent check multiple times and I had to rewrite them. They lost my 30 day notice to vacate, then charged me an additional month.

Super pet friendly! Incredible amenities! Location is beautiful, quiet and accessible. So so happy here!

We had to move to an apartment for a short term due to our house being remodeled. We could not have picked a better apartment to call home in our short time we have been here. The apartment came fully furnished and is very luxurious. The grounds are very nice, the people are friendly and I can't say enough about how quiet it is here. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Whether you need a short term place or long term place, Marquis on Memorial is fantastic. Alicia H

I moved here with my husband in November and the move in process was easy and quick thanks to the property manager, Garett. Maintenance is quick and tends to any issues either the same day or next day after submitting a work order. The apartments are updated and beautiful both inside and out. I love that the complex itself is not gigantic, and there is always parking! This has been a perfect place for myself, my husband, and our dogs! - Brittany Steinkirchner

I have lived at the Marquis Apartments for a little over a year. I have also lived at Links and Encore in Bixby and Marquis, hands down, has been the best living experience!!! I absolutely love this place!! Not only are the apartments clean and updated with granite and wonderful living space but management also strives to keep the grounds clean and safe! I have a son and I have never felt comfortable with him playing outside. At Marquis this has not been an issue. They have a wonderful court yard that is gated and kid friendly! Truly a wonderful place to call home! Any issues that come up (which have been very few!!) management quickly responds! In the past at other apartments management has always been an issue. This is not the case at Marquis! They truly care about their tenants and truly want everyone to have the best living experience!! Moving here has been a decision I wish I would have made a long time ago!! ~ Kaylyn Crawford

When I first started my apartment shopping I looked around most of South Tulsa and surrounding areas that were not only affordable but also convenient and quiet. I've lived at different apartment homes in the area and by far the Marquis on Memorial fits my needs for upscale home amenities without the inflated cost. I enjoy the peace without all the insecurities and worry that South Tulsa has been presented with lately. Toby T.

We've lived here since 2014. We have not had any issues that weren't swiftly addressed by management. When our AC went out last summer and wasn't able to be fixed same day, I came home to a temporary window unit already cooling my apartment. The furnishings are high quality and the grounds are kept nice. The pool and workout room are great too. It is also very quiet here, which is important to me because I'm a full time student. Bixby PD do a great job at keeping the area quiet and safe. The location is great- we are within walking distance from a park, splash pad and bike trail. Downtown Bixby is just a minute away and there are restaurants, pharmacy, QT, and grocery store across the street. Management is super friendly and always helpful, even after hours. Garrett is always working to organize something fun for our apartment community! We definitely won't be leaving any time soon. Jenna H

I have lived here for five years and have always felt very safe. The units are set up efficiently and the kitchen has a lot of storage. I like being so close to Bentley park and the walking trail. kwatson

Great place to live with nice amenities. Grounds are kept up nicely. Garett, the property manager, does an excellent job of addressing any issues and goes above and beyond with making this a nice place to live. He even has fresh popped popcorn in the front office everyday for people to come in and enjoy. I especially like the work out room with the new treadmill! The kitchen is roomy with updated appliances and granite counter tops with an island. Good sized pool and lounge area to enjoy. We appreciated having a storage garage right on-site to rent monthly after downsizing to store a lot of our things in. Great price compared to other apartments nearby. Safe and quiet area. Highly recommend to anyone needing an apartment! ~Jennifer Bates

After being in my own home in a quiet rural neighborhood for 7 years, I did have some reservations. Now that I've been here a few weeks, my concerns are gone, and I'm very happy here. Even my friends & family have mentioned that the apartment looks much better than the online pics! I live downstairs, and have never heard anyone above me. The people I have had the pleasure of meeting have been so friendly! The management has been extremely helpful whenever I have had questions relating to the apartment or just in being new to the area. There is plenty of storage space, a nice gym and it is pet friendly. The large Bentley Park is within walking distance which was part of the attraction to this complex. It is nice to live in a quiet area with so many nice places to shop and eat just minutes away. I spent several months trying to decide where I should move to, and have not regretted this decision one second!

My handicapped accessible apartment is both functional and spacious. Living here doesn't feel like apartment living. The property is clean, management is responsive to the residents, and the apartments are well built and maintained. This is a great location with easy access to everything you might need. Have enjoyed the 15 months I have lived here.

My family moved into Marquis about 6 months ago. It's a pretty quiet area and is quite safe. The apartment manager is quick to respond to concerns or issues which is HUGE. It is a pet friendly complex so many in the neighborhood have dogs. When we first moved in it seemed that nobody picked up after walking their pets, but management has been working on that and I've seen a big improvement. I've never had issues finding parking at my building, and the garages are affordable (although we do not currently rent a garage). There are some nice amenities- 24 hour gym/tanning/computer/printer. Bills are affordable. When we were apartment shopping in the area, we didn't find anything nearby that could compare for the price and condition of the buildings. It's in walking distance of Bentley Park with a splashpad and several biking trails. It's a nice area and we have been very happy staying here.

My name is Noah and I moved in 2 months ago. It's been quiet and uneventful, which is exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Every other apartments I've lived at the kids run in gangs and just go nuts with no supervision. This place is nice and quiet even in the middle of the day. Everyone is so cordial, and Garett at the front desk is attentive and helpful no matter how small the problem may be.

I've lived at Marquis On Memorial for a year now and love my apartment home!! I love how tall the ceilings are and how many cabinets there are in the kitchen and bathrooms!! I also love how huge the closets are too!!
