Great area, great community, and good service. Youll enjoy living here. Its peaceful and the units are nice and comfortable.
Among the years either my daughter or both of us have resided; it is highly more positive than negative. Staff is professionally friendly, polite and attentive. Property is well cared for. Overall, if I could simply get a 1 bedroom BMR rate, I would be happy to remain here.

My kids and I love living at Marlin Cove. The layout and size of the apartment is amazing compared to comparable communities. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is awesome.
The garden like setting is very beautiful in this rather city busy area. Location near the bay trail offers viewing multiple bird species. Ample walking and water activities are available in our multi park amenities

Marlin Cove is the best rental living environment in Foster City. It has every amenity that one would need. Price to benefit is the best for the city.
Open kitchen to living area is very pleasing to the aesthetics. I love the nature views from the court area. Trees and well maintained landscaping definitely improve the ambiance.
