Temple City, located roughly 12 miles northeast of Downtown Los Angeles, provides a suburban setting just minutes from busy LA. I recently moved into Begonia Place, and the whole process was really smooth! The management team made everything easy, and the apartment is spacious and modern. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby, plus the free parking and fitness center are great perks.

I moved to begonia place for lately. The atmosphere is welcoming—perfect for me and my dog. We spend loads of time in the outdoor area; it’s gives us plenty of space to play and relax. The clubhouse is my favorite spot to work from home. it’s quiet and comfy. glad I moved here, it’s a great community for pet owners or anyone looking to enjoy a laid-back vibe in this area.
I’ve been living at Begonia Place for a bit now, and honestly, it’s been great! The apartments are spacious, with modern finishes, and the location is super convenient—everything I need is close by. The fitness center and kitchen setup are highlights for me, plus the free parking is a big bonus in LA. The management team has been really responsive, which makes a big difference. If you're looking for a quiet yet upscale place in the San Gabriel Valley, this is a solid choice
