The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Market Street Village
Pros: staff is friendly, location is great, multiple shops within walking distance. Cons: NO FIBER OPTIC INTERNET (best you can get is 5g wireless internet) often homeless people stealing from the grocery store on the first level or doing drugs. Been times when fire alarms going off multiple times in one week, including once at 1am. Old building so large maintenance back log and was told could take longer than a week to fix issues with my apartment. Electric bill is Ridiculous, one time almost 400 dollars for a 1 bedroom off setting the savings you get from rent. Overall experience here has been pretty meh. If you intend to move here, do your due diligence.
Roaches, urine in elevators, no maintenance team response (requested more than 3 weeks ago), no one in lobby, leaking appliances, no communication with residents for example when testing fire alarm "briefly" it went off 6 hours, then elevators went out for weeks. Used to be WONDERFUL before the change.
Crappy inefficient appliances. Poor A/C design causes overuse. Only hot water in summer, and mostly cold in winter. Only internet is VDSL. Priced way too high!
I'm new to San Diego and I signed a lease before arriving. I couldn't be happier! The leasing office is great as well as the maintenance staff. The price is also pretty good for the location and the square footage. It's close to work and still in downtown but not too close to where it's really noisy. I plan on living here for a couple of years!
