Hat's off to the staff at Mark Lane!! Ms. Mirtha is so kind and professional, always has a smile on her face, and most importantly, ALWAYS is willing to help. and her team is fabulous! Patient, informative, always available, and a pleasure to be around. Thank you all so much, and we are so thankful to be a part of this wonderful community. This apartment complex is super clean, quiet, and safe. I love it here so much. It's such a lovely place to live so peaceful and beautiful, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!!!!!! My experience with Mark Ln has been very good. I'd like to give a special thanks to the staff on site, Pedro and John. They are always very responsive, helpful, and extremely welcoming, which makes this place so great and wonderful to stay. The facilities are beautiful and immaculate thanks to the maintenance and cleaning crew. I absolutely love the monthly variety of activities offered to make us feel like one community, and I am blessed to have so many amazing amenities that I use and need to take full advantage of. I am so glad it worked out for me to have this roof over my head at Mark Ln ! It is a lovely community and a beautiful place to call home.

I always care a lot about comfort and convenience for my family when looking for a new apartment or house, especially somewhere close to my work. Since we’ve moved several times, we know exactly what to look for — the rules, the details, and what truly makes a place feel like home. Here at Mark Lane, we found everything we needed — and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The apartments are super modern, and when we moved in, everything was brand new. We were actually the first residents in our unit! We’re now at the end of our second lease renewal, and we plan to stay a bit longer while my job is still nearby. Out of all the places we’ve seen — and compared to where our friends live around North Naples — our apartment is by far the best. Both the unit itself and the shared spaces are a step above any other community in the area. I totally recommend Mark Lane for anyone looking for comfort and convenience for their family.

Here in the North Naples area, the apartments at the Mark Lane community are absolutely beautiful — new, modern, and super spacious! The landscaping around the property is stunning, and the clubhouse is amazing — everything is so well-decorated and smells incredible! We’re a family of four, and we toured pretty much every apartment and townhouse complex in North Naples, but honestly, Mark Lane wins by far when it comes to the quality of the apartments and the common areas. The pool is totally Instagram-worthy, and the gym has an awesome view of both the pool and the lake! You really feel like you’re living in paradise here. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is always so helpful and easy to reach — just great people all around! Plus, they organize fun monthly activities for residents, which really helps everyone connect as a community — such a great idea!

the apartments are disgusting. the common areas are never cleaned there is dog urine in so many common areas.

Was a good place, new management charging for everything not willing to work with those in unique situations, ie moving and making pay for a month because they can’t put extra work into leasing the unit, I’d avoid if at all possible - other places like allure, Addison place the pearl etc.
We just moved in and all the staff were so helpful ! Nice ! Super friendly! The neighbors are so friendly and pleasant no noise everyone is just at ease ! So close to everything! So far, so good !??

Hello,They charge as if live in a luxurious community when it is not. I lived in this community for 7 months. First, thing I had to change apartments because the apartment began to fill with mold including the storage. The hallways had never been cleaned. They keep a crocodile, which has come out on several occasions, creating concern and fear and the edge of the lake is dirty. The children's park has fire ants, bugs, and some residents are not aware and take their pets there. The entrance doors to the building remain closed without lock and one in the back has been broken for a long time. The BBQs remain dirty and often without gas. The garbage in recent times remains full for more than a week. The Starbucks filter machine needs to be changed for about 5 months and they didn't. In the office, they are very unprofessional, they leave personal notes on the door without an envelope. In short, the price is NOT compatible with the well-being, cleanliness, and dedication to the community.
Mark Ln is the best community. It is my favorite place. Thank you so much for making this a safe and comfortable place. Special thanks to the staff who make this possible.
Beautiful landscaped property. They have a nice pool that is well maintained. Garbage man is the nicest hard working guy. Always has a smile on his face. Inside of apartments are nice and clean feel. Outside patio and halls get very dirty. Could use a power washing on a regular basis to keep it clean.
Had to move unexpectedly after the hurricane. Was thrilled to find Mark Lane Apartments. Brianna was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to get us into a beautiful unit promptly! Both myself and my daughter are thoroughly impressed with the amenities and community. Loving it so far!

Everybody is very friendly. The ladies in the front office and the maintenance crew are amazing!! The common areas are always clean. The maintenance staff is very fast with service requests.

It’s a really quiet place all the time. Nice, chilled and laid back. The facility is always Very clean and the staff is really helpful and amazing.
Such a lovely and calm neighborhood, amenities that we have are also amazing to use. The area we are in is also nice , plenty of things around us to enjoy
95% great residents 5% obnoxious or nosy people. For most of the year we have had one free food truck per month. Since we pay such a high rent; however, the past few months the food trucks are no longer free. The apartments offer a great and tranquil atmosphere, but they do have many restrictions.
I’ve been waiting months to move in here and I am finally settled in! Love the neighborhood, it’s so much more peaceful than my other apartment. But above all is that I am way closer to work. And the residents here are so nice!
So far has been a great experience moving here. I truly feel appreciated as a resident. The community is very clean and quiet, and all of the ammenities are very well maintained.

I LOVE living here. It is safe and beautiful. There is always something fun going on, from Chick-fil-A breakfast to a free wrapping Christmas presents station!
I would rate a 4.5 due to how quickly the building was made with a lot of mistakes (i.e. AC not working in smaller rooms and back door issues closing/noise . Other than those smaller issues this has been the most welcoming complex I have ever lived in. I have met so many people and have networked with neighbors!
I like living here, but some neighbors don't respect rules. There are things that need to be improved, such as placing a tap and a sink next to the barbecues, as it is not even possible to wash your hands.

The staff here are so friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. The complex events and food trucks really encourage a neighborly environment. And the pool and gym are amazing.
Good communication , not happy that the trash cans get so full and overflowing . Property clean and pool area pleasant. Gym is excellent . Our apartment still needs some punch list items.

Love it here! New, quiet, convenient, easy access. What's not to love? Online payment process, food trucks, communication - all top notch. Best apartment I have been in.
The staff at the leasing office and from maintenance is very helpful and friendly. They are on top of things and make living here very nice. The only downside to our experience here so far is the bugs. The trash rooms are always filled with flies and as a result they are very present in building hallways.
needs more maintenance, halls are filthy with dog litter, hair, urine etc, we have addressed it to the managers, trash room sometimes it’s even worse.
