Even after touring an apartment and giving them $400 to apply the office is impossible to get ahold of. Our move in date was incorrect and in order to change it I had to make numerous phone calls (all unanswered) and numerous emails (one of which was finally responded to). Given the difficulty required to get in touch with the office, it didn’t sit well with us to still move in so we decided to cancel. Once again taking numerous phone calls and emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I can imagine the management company is losing a lot of potential revenue due to the fact that an apartment is sitting empty off the market waiting for us to move in. Either way, in my last correspondence to the office (unreturned) I told them if I did not hear back then my next attempt at communication would be through a review and an email to the management company. Here I am.

The place is falling apart. They keep raising rent for no reason. They do not keep up with maintenance in the building. I moved out and spent a day cleaning. Shampooed the carpets cleaned the fridge and freezer and wiped down all cabins in and out. They want to charge me 5.00 dollars for a light build replacement and cleaning fee. I’m the one that had to change the light bulb out my front door because they won’t replace it. I paid the early term fee and they already had someone moving in already the next week. Why pay an early term fee then. There was only one person in the office that was sweet. The rest of the staff were rude. Update: 6/16 - I still have not received my refund on the security deposit. I moved out on 4/4.

Location is about the only thing it has going for it. Cant list all the issues but they lie and take forever fixing issues. 4 weeks no hot water and weeks no washer machine. Moved into filthy apartment and the place is terribly lit, like living in a dungeon.
In general so far the complex seems clean it's in a good area close to the I95 plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly on site staff. I wouldn't recommend to family with little kids because of the level of noise from neighbors. It's too much for me too, I don't think we're going to stay longer than our original contract.
We love living at Marisol at Viera as location, floor plan, the option of longer lease, the staff, the visual appeal, the amenities all play into the full experience of living in paradise! We are thankful to all the wonderful staff for taking great care of us and community!

I have lived here almost a year now. Very quiet. You feel secure. Watching the sunrise from my balcony is a joy. Management and staff are always friendly and with a smile. And you are right across the street from the most popular place in town with everything. Apartment has nice amenities and has a new feel to it.

It poorly built. U can hear the person urinate and flush the toilet above ur unit. U can hear the dogs left alone in the apartments barking. They don't keep up with landscaping or trash pick up. The gates never work and are never closed at proper times. Homeless people hide under stairways, and you cant call the office directly anymore.

We moved from a house out of state to a two bedroom here after another apartment fell through. We were so pleased to find this community! First, the staff is excellent - when they learned that we were basically homeless due to the nightmare at the other apartment, Ann Marie had the team go above and beyond to make our apartment ready that day! This is just one example of how great the staff is. The amenities are amazing - the pool area, 3 BBQs and fire pit are 5 star resort quality. The gym is the best I have seen for any apartment complex. There is an amazing community of people here - we have met many new friends. Have never experienced this wonderful sense of community in an apartment before. They host regular social get togethers which helps keep us all connected. The apartments are new (built in 2016) and are very modern, neat with granite counters, stainless appliances, and hardwood look vinyl floors (very easy to maintain!) Washers an dryers are in the unit. We love this location too - a short walk to many of the area's best shopping and restaurants at The Avenue of Viera.
