The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Fixed kitchen doors. WE need to have the drawers fixed also and need new kitchen cabinets.
Spacious apartments. Conveniently located near major highways and airport. Both office and maintenance staff are SUPER friendly and nice. They weren't as nice before when I first moved in, but they have done a lot of changes during the past year. I haven't had any major issues with my apartment. Amenities could be better, but overall it's a nice place to live and I am happy with the new employees.

I am very disappointed with the treatment received at the moment I communicate that I am going to another place because I have been living here for 5 years and all raise the rent price and there are no improvements in the apartments, they do not have washing machines or dryers, there are no lamps in the ceilings of the rooms, and what more disappointed me that I was ready to move on February 1 and they said that if I did they would penalize me, so I had to pay 378 dollars for 9 days that the apartment was empty. I believe this deal is not fair with a tenant who never failed to make a payment or fell behind, maintaining good behavior in the community, thank you very much
I am currently a Fisherman's Village resident. My experience so far is really terrible. I have maintenance orders placed more than a month ago, nobody even bothers to call and explain why things are not getting fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I paid the fees to rent ($375) an apartment since July 2017 for October 2017. They called me, few weeks later, and tell me that the apartment is not going to be available. But, they do not want to return my money. After I called The Bell, Co. I received a message that I'm going to received my money back, but not for that application fee. I'm still waiting for the money. Please, still reading other reviews.... same problems. This people have some tricks. Be careful.

If you move here make sure you like to walk. The dumpster is so far away. There are no washer and dryers in the apartment. The walls are very thin. Love the faucet in the kitchen and the shower heads. Pet Friendly community
I have not received my security deposit after 12 weeks. They never followed up, no expectations were set and the one solution provided was to have the deposit sent to Fisherman's Village. They sent the check and it is NOT the correct amount.I have not received a call back from Corporate.
Although I currently live in the older model apartments; I think it is a decent place to live. Not only are they remodeling a lot of the apartments but its always been a very calm neighborhood. It is perfectly located near everything; Fast food, doctors office, Walmart, library, lab core, Walgreen, and etc. The list goes on. Also, they have a very large pool area, a laundry mat, and a gym that they keep in very good shape. Which brings me to the staff; very friendly and very helpful. Overall, Fisherman's Village is a very nice place live in a friendly neighborhood.
Close to a lot of amenities.....we have a BRAND NEW shopping district just a half mile down the street with a 20 theater IMAX opening soon. Great family oriented neighborhood. Great management /maintenance teams. They strive to better our complex and are always friendly. Bedrooms are LARGE and wall to wall closets are fantastic. PET FRIENDLY.
