10 out of 10 would live here again! Alivia went above and beyond to get my lease set up right before thanksgiving! Wanted to move in while I was off that 4-day weekend, and she made it happen! Most places would have “tried” but end up not getting it done until after the holiday. Also, apartments are very quiet! I live with someone above me, but I literally can’t tell. No thuds, no sound come in through neighboring walls!

Lake has been a great experience living here. It’s always clean. The flowers are nice bright and beautiful there’s huge bass in the lake, The clubhouse is absolutely amazing. It Stays pretty quiet and the location is great.

shouldn't have to follow up on my service repair. The repair is not complete. Ive had a whole in my ceiling for weeks and not I have bugs. All was said you have a bag covering the whole and we will send pest control when they come. For a month this has been an inconvenience. I can't have company but rent is due on time.

Living at Marion Lake has been a great experience. I love the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful lake views, and how convenient the location is to everything I need. I’d love to see continued improvements like expanding the dog park or making it a one-size-fits-all space that accommodates both large and small dogs safely. From start to move in day, the staff made my out of state move seemless. They answered my questions promptly and followed up with me with urgency. I felt so WELCOMED on move in day by the excellant staff. Having not seen the apt in person (cause for a bit of stress) it exceeded my expectations and all photos are true. Appreciated all the different options I had in choosing my first GA residence!

Marion Lake is a wonderful and quiet community so far. One of my favourite things about my flat is my wrap around balcony overlooking the lake. I’m also so grateful for the staff in the office who are very bubbly and happy to help. The maintenance team works hard. I’m a little disappointed that some residents are inconsiderate and leave their trash on the ground for others to deal with. It is not fair to the staff or other residents especially when you see how hard they work to create a clean and peaceful environment. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend Marion Lake to others!
