Enjoy living in a spacious apartment in a secured building downtown Klamath Falls. Contact manager for more information. We are accepting applications now. This is a non-smoking building, hence no smoking of any substances (inside or outside) anywhere on property. There are no pets at this building. Walk to bus line (across street), shopping (1 block) and more. Close to OIT College (Bus Terminal across street). Close to Sky Lakes Medical Center. Close to just about everything. Onsite laundry facility. Safe, secure, quiet building. We have both on-street and off-street parking. Our apartments have been remodeled with new/newer appliances, carpets, vinyl, fixtures, paint, etc... Owner pays utilities - gas, water, electric, garbage, sewer, heat. Tenant pays cable and telephone (both optional). We have a professional base of residents, thus, we are not into drama.
