Nice apartment, amenities are decent, pool area is a bit small for the amount of people that live in the building and management is not always super responsive. Good experience overall other than those things.

Everyone has been super friendly to me and my dog. Easy move-in day with accessible and available parking. Only one elevator for the second building but the residents are kind and everything's updated and so well-kept.

We absolutely love our new apartment! The space is beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we moved in, it felt like home. The amenities are truly amazing and make a big difference in our daily lives—whether it’s the gym, pool, or the shared lounge areas, everything is top-notch and well-maintained. The neighborhood is great too, with everything we need close by. The management team has also been super responsive and friendly, making our experience even better. We love our apartment at Margaux! With a newly built building, pleasing floor plans, beautiful amenities and common rooms, and above all lovely people on staff- what is there not to love? The location is great with downtown walking distance away, as well as many other great restaurants and shops. There are community events and ways to connect with your neighbors. The office is responsive and helpful, as is the maintenance team. The only issues we had initially was with setting up Google fiber internet. Overall wonderful apartments- I hope our next apartments will be as good!

It’s been great so far! The staff is great, maintenance is super quick when needed. The amenities are amazing and the location is awesome. You are 10 mins from everything basically because it’s so close to the highways.

I love Margaux! I have decided to renew my lease here. I love the pool and the events they host. I think they could increase the events to help residents meet one another more. I also would love to see a hot tub or jacuzzi here in the future! I also have had relatively poor interactions with most of the staff but there are a small handful that are quite kind. I think we should be allowed to have doormats and decorate our doors a bit more. I would also love to see more holiday events/giveaways! Maintenance can be unresponsive at times but they typically resolve my concerns. Overall, the location is awesome, the apartments are pretty and I’m excited to continue living here.

The amenities here are top tier and all of the staff is so kind! The maintenance team has always been super speedy about any problems that needed to be fixed. Absolutely love it here!

Super easy move in process. Building is beautiful and amenities are great and well taken care of. Only con is that the building is very confusing to get around bc every elevator goes to every floor. Also the surrounding area is definitely not the safest especially at night.

My experience has been great so far, I have no complaints besides the cycling bikes not working. I highly suggest getting new bikes for the gym. But other than that, everything has been awesome. Maintenance handles every issue timely, staff is great, Megan and Evan do an awesome job hosting great events. I recently renewed my lease and that process was easy. Highly recommend living here!

I love living at Margaux - the community is so nice and modern, there’s tons of space in the common areas and so many fun amenities! In terms of my apartment, I LOVE it. I’m not a homebody but this place has made me excited for nights in! I also work from home and it’s never really noisy during the day which is so ideal. Overall, love loving here and would recommend.

Everyone is friendly, and I always feel safe here! Very comfortable living here. All of the staff is great, and maintenance responds very quickly. A couple of social events are held per month which helps to be able to meet other neighbors/make friends.

I have been here since February and I have nothing but good things to say. I had a few maintenance issues and it was all handled very quickly. Everyone is very responsive and timely. They host 2-3 events a month to get everyone together and it’s always a good time.

I LOVE this apartment!! The leasing staff was very helpful and friendly. Amenities are all beautiful and kept clean. The parking garage is a bit tight, but that’s Nashville.

I’ve been at Margaux Midtown for about 8 months and I have loved my experience so far. I work from home and the community has lots of spaces for me to use if I want to switch up my location. It’s also super walkable to many places around town. I also appreciate that this building is set back a little, so there is not too much noise. Overall, this is a great building to be in!

Great all around. Amenities are much better than average, staff are very friendly and helpful, and someone is at the front desk 7 days a week. Proximity to downtown Nashville is amazing, easy to walk to many places. High on logical security for entry into the building (FOBs required to scan in), and a secured parking garage as part of the complex makes parking very convenient. Different social events every month are available to participate in for those who are looking to meet their neighbors, make friends, have fun, etc.

Everything is very clean and new. The staff are very friendly. Everything is very efficient with access to the common areas and mail room. This place is also extremely convenient as far as location goes.

My experience was positive overall. The leasing office was helpful and provided clear instructions for the move-in process. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also appreciated the little touches, like a welcome package with information about the community and local amenities. It helped me feel more connected to my new surroundings. The neighbors were friendly, and I quickly felt like part of the community. Overall, my moving experience was smooth, and I’m happy with my decision to move into this apartment.

I love living here! Everywhere I would want to go downtown is conveniently located close by. The amenities make for a perfect hangout spot before hitting Midtown or downtown.

I absolutely love it here! Everything is beautiful and it’s a great location. Parking garage is expansive and no troubles with that. Free guest parking, multiple sky lounges, a speak easy, street parking, a bowling alley AND a pool with cabanas. Not to mention an amazing event team who throws multiple events a month that everyone actually goes to. What more can you ask for?

I love my apartment and all of the facilites available here. The only things I dislike like are hearing my neighbor above me and the fact that there is never any parking in the garage on the floor that I live on.

Once I signed the lease, it was all straight forward. Easy to work with staff. Great amenities and beautiful apartments. I would highly recommend moving here if you are young and want to be close to the city.

I love how clean, spacious and comfortable this building is. The Amenities are great and I feel incredibly safe here. The noise level is low and I can’t really hear my neighbors ever! The layout of my unit is well thought out, as are the appliances and little touches throughout.

I haven’t been living at Margaux for long, but I had a great move in experience. Everyone at the leasing office was so great to work with and very helpful! The building is beautiful and there are lots of great amenities!

I love living here. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly, emails to the community about rules and updates are polite but clear. The building is clean, lots of fun events if you like that sort of thing. Parking is easy and the building is quiet. The mail system is *amazing* and I love the gym (super clean, beautiful warm lighting, great equipment, respectful people, and never crowded).

I have lived at Margaux for 3 weeks and I’ve already had more issues than I’ve ever had in any other apartment. First, the people below me decided to smoke weed on their patio which filled my entire living room with the smell. I couldn’t find a security number and it was after hours. So, I emailed the office and just tolerated it all weekend. They emailed me back and said that they spoke to the person in the unit who claimed to just be burning sage and that it won’t happen again. So far no more issues with that. Now on to the poor build quality- my patio door sticks and I have to force it open, a cap covering the sprinkler fell off the ceiling leaving a hole with a sprinkler head peaking out, the tiles in my shower have visible chips in them, I used tape as a guide when hanging three parallel pictures and when I removed the tape it pulled the paint from the wall. I’ve used this method to hang pictures at many different places and never has the tape removed paint. Finally, the appliances. The dishwasher doesn’t have a heated dry option or maybe it just sucks at drying. The pull out drawer at the bottom of my stove blocks the oven door from opening so I have to pull the drawer out a few inches just to open the oven door. I haven’t put in tickets for this because the resident portal ticket submission is buggy and kept asking for a description even though the description was there. Now my washing machine just froze up and went unresponsive on a Saturday afternoon. The door is locked shut and my clothes are just sitting in there wet. I googled the issue and it said that I need to unplug and replug the washer. But, because the washer is in a closet I can’t access the plug. The ticket system is still being buggy and this is time sensitive so I went downstairs to ask for assistance. The girl in the leasing office was incredibly condescending and told me that because it wasn’t an emergency it wouldn’t be fixed today. It's now Sunday night and my clothes are still locked in my washer. I managed to push the washer and dryer over enough to squeeze around and access the plug. The washer remains unresponsive. Even if they address it as soon as they open tomorrow my clothes will have had 40 hours to sit and mildew in my dysfunctional washer. Other than this one experience with this one person, everyone else I’ve encountered here has been friendly and helpful. Sill these apartments are pretty at first glance, but the quality has room for improvement.

Everything about this building is impeccable. The staff is welcoming kind and they do their very best to help you. This is a five star building with five star service. I am so happy I feel at home. They do so many events to help the community gather I definitely recommend.
