Decent place, but very noisy. Excellent repair staff. They always come immediately. Amenities are pretty good. There are always kids playing outside which is nice. Feels safe. Unfortunately a lot of late night parties, loud music all hours of the day and cars with loud exhausts racing in the parking lot trying to set off car alarms. It’s the only thing to ruin this complex.

The atmosphere is tranquil. The neighbors are for the most part very good. My car or apartment will never be broken into because the Indian people are constantly walking back-and-forth all day all night. I actually really like that.

Only big problem I had was a weird smell when I moved in, but maintenance helped get rid of that pretty quickly. Otherwise very nice place, lots of space and in a great area

Marchwood is a nice place to live. The property is very well lit at night. We feel very safe here. The pool in the summer time is very nice. The kids love the play ground. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Management does not care about tenants, noise from late parties, garbage all over the parking lot, there is never parking by our building, none of the cars belong to our building tenants. Speeding cars loud exhausts. This place sucks. If you complain they do not care. Swat team and cops are here on the regular.
