my apt.

the mgt.co. does nothing here to make it better. The pool is a mosquiito farm in the making.The people have not been able to use it all summer. This place really sucks.

My home

I don't like my apt. but the rent is affordable for someone who is on a fixed income and not able to do what I love which is working at my chosen career of electrician because I had a terrible wreck some years ago and am not able any longer. The management Co. does not do what they were hired for the apts. are in disrepair and dirty and old. The building is need of tuck pointing to prevent water from leaking in every time it rains.The units all need carpet cleaning and repainting for starters.The pool couldn't be opened due to disrepair. All in all this place is a dump and I wish we all could afford to move but alas we can't. And we are stuck.
