Property Ratings at Mara Pacific Beach
Rent increases every year exceeding $500+. Amenities are ALWAYS broken- treadmills down for months, this is a 4 story complex- ALL elevators are down, homeless are found everywhere- in our parking garages+in the hot tub bathing. It’s disgusting!! The place is not unkept well- stains and scuffs line the hallways. The apartment itself is missing a wine cooler(even if it shows on the website)+ trash can pullout bin is broken in my cabinet and management won’t fix it. Honestly for the high rent prices you don’t get ANY amentities and the apartment itself is JUNK. Save your money and go somewhere else!
This place absolutely sucks. Their management is poor. They’ve had all 3 elevators in a non working status for DAYS and are doing NOTHING to fix it. They literally using the RAIN as an excuse for not doing anything about it after countless residents complained already. Not to mention the place is COMPLETELY unsecured and unsafe, their entrance to the complex doors are always unlocked, all you have to do is give it a little tug. The walls are PAPER thin. Constantly hear doors slamming. The location is also terrible and very dangerous being right off of a major highway. There’s so many better places to live around here than this overpriced joke of an apartment. Save yourself the time and money! My biggest regret was signing a lease here, never again.
I have lived at the Jefferson Pacific Beach for going on 2 years and I can’t really complain! There’s usually security, so I feel safe. I have a (SPACIOUS) 1 bedroom; the amenities are wonderful, and being right next to the 5 doesn’t hurt, either! Any time there is a Maintenance issue, they are ONNNN it, and always in constant contact. If you have questions, emails are responded to fairly quickly! Even With Pandemic, I could not have asked for a better place to have moved in to!
Complex is clean , friendly with numerous amenities!
I would not recommend this place. Too expensive. Garbage is too expensive. Always stressed out about the parking situation. Mail has been stolen on several occasions from the mail room. Deliveries.
I hear the conversations of my neighbors and every footstep from above. Paper thin walls. Everyone talks about it here. Nice furnishings. Sssllllllow elevators. GREAT leasing agents.
I feel so happy and grateful to live in such a secure and safe condominium complex. The amenities are wonderful and the entire staff could not be more helpful. I love it here!
Awesome community. Great management team, really friendly and helpful. The pool area is amazing and everyone here is down-to-earth, fun, professionals. The cost of rent is pretty high but in comparison to any other complexes in area its well worth it!
This is a fabulous condo complex: Secure: 1. packages delivered to parcel lockers 2. Resident parking behind coded iron gate 3. Elevators require key fobs to operate 4. After hours security patrol, on call. 5. Leasing office, with staff, onsite during business hours The amenities are great, with a large gym, saltwater pool/jacuzzi, large community room, and a dog washing area. Love it here!
Ive lived at the Jefferson for a bit over a year, and it has been amazing. Between Kelsey and her office team, and Brad and Daniel with maintenance, it made this crazy Pandemic so much less of a stresser! Work ethic and attitudes are always great - and its nice bumping in to any/all of them on the grounds! Thanks again, Jefferson PB!
I feel incredibly lucky to live in such a secure, safe and well-maintained condominium complex. The staff is wonderful, very responsive. We have an after-hours security patrol, which adds to our safety!

Jefferson Pacific Beach is a beautiful, upscale property with great amenities and conveniently located. Management is outstanding and we enjoy living in a resort-like type of community.
Im so fortunate to live here, as its close to shopping, freeways, the park, golf course, biking trails, all the wonderful complex amenities and very secure. I love it!
