The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mar at Seaside
These apartments rip you off they pretend they are nice and over charge you for everything tons of hidden fees. Crack heads Rome the parking lot at night. Nothing ever works . No warning when renovations are being done. Mold everywhere. They don’t clean the laundry area but they charge you for it. Every apartment is better.
the carpet in the stairwell and hallway are disgusting and staind with who knows what. Then there is the extra fees for trash valet, water, water heating, pest control and more. This extra fees tacks on about an extra 200 dollars on top of your rent. If you are allergic to pet hair or dander beware it's bad in that building. The parking is tough as well if you have to cars and the road to the main road are narrow. There is only one Washer and two dryers on each floor. They had the patio under renovation and unusable for months after being told it would only be weeks to repair. They offered no compensation for delay in the repairs. One good thing is the doors are the main doors are locked at night. Bottom line for the price and extras you pay, you will wonder why you dont get more in return.
Awesome place to live, Henry and Jerry have turned the whole place around, we no longer worry about stolen packages or homelessness. The complex has literally done a 180 since Henry has been here, Jerry has maintained the whole complex and kept it running. 5 stars
We have lived here awhile and have dealt with the problems in reviews but since Gerry became maintenance on site the property is so much nicer kept. He is very respectful of his job and is always there for any maintenance needs. Our new Manager Henry is also very helpful with anything. The best about living here is the neighbors. A lot of cool cool people live here and are animal lovers!!! Dana L
- unresponsive management -terrible building with mold, uneven floors, nasty carpeting, broken light fixtures, and often unusable amenities. -Unsecured mailboxes and building (packages are chronically stolen -Had two homeless people living in a storage closet management failed to address - They will nickel and dime you on move-out. Overall they promise improvement and "luxury living" and charge for it but offer nothing other than substandard living conditions. Avoid the move in deals, building, and management at all costs
The management is horrible and unresponsive. They do not inform you of damaged units and will try to rent them to you. They are non-responsive about returning deposit. Avoid renting from them!
First off, there is mold all over the building, which FPI Management (the owner/property manager) denies that there is mold. I had to stay in a hotel for months while my apartment was remediated of mold. Second, the property is very dirty with trash and dog poop. Also, racoons live under the building. Third, the homeless situation has gotten out of control. The homeless sleep in the elevator and stairwells, use the laundry, and steal packages. The management office is NEVER open and you can never get a call or email back. STAY AWAY FROM FPI MANAGEMENT.
Please save your health and don’t rent here. Major mold issues - not just the normal amount of mold you might see when living near the beach. Lost thousands of dollars of sentimental items. Management’s “solution” was to paint over all the mold. Needless to say, the mold came right back 3 weeks later. Property manager can be very petty, she has a hard job and does decent at it, but I was so nice to her and she just thru attitude at me left and right. Plus I was so proud of my Halloween door decorations for the contest and I worked really hard on making it look spooky and I got lots of compliments from the nice neighbors, but the property manager didn’t even make me an honorable mention :( First place went to someone who clearly spent a fraction of the time on their door. I got snubbed for sure, but I digress. Don’t rent here if you can find anywhere else. The mold is enough to make anyone sick.
