    Great Experience

    I love this place! From the first day my husband and I moved in until now, they make sure everything is taken care of. They also check to make sure we don’t need anything. I haven’t had any problems with them showing up unexpectedly. Normally, they put a letter on your door letting you know they’ll be coming in and on which date(s). The staff, Toya and Tasha, are amazing! They are always full of energy and very welcoming. It’s like family here; they really look out for you! I moved in during September and would recommend anyone to live here. No one bothers you and the apartment is spacious. This feels like home for the both of us. You will not be making a mistake! We plan to staying here long term.

    Good apartment, Good people

    I have been living in my (first) apartment for two months now, and I thoroughly enjoy my space. The application process was fairly smooth, there was one hiccup with my address, but that was quickly resolved. Maintenance is very friendly, the appearance of the property is well kept and I especially enjoy that I am close to the highway and no more than 20 mins away from every other major city. Quiet neighborhood, with up to date appliances, washer and dryer included, pool, and spacious. Great for a first timer!!!!

    Amazing!!

    I love the staff. The complex is family friendly. Police patrol the area keeping it safe for children. The residents are respectable. The landscaping is beautiful. The rent is reasonable. I love it. The only thing is the wait time for a common maintenance call. And the small bedroom sizes. Overall you can't beat it.
