Very great apartments, been living here for maybe 6 months now and I’ve had no problems. Very quite community and very respectful staff.
This is my first apartment I’ve ever rented, and so far it’s been a pretty good stay! Maintenance is fast and Management is friendly and move with urgency whenever we have issues. Definitely recommend if you are looking to move in the southfield area
I've lived in a few different apartments over the years and ended up here, at Maple Place. It's so nice to finally live somewhere that has a friendly management staff, and a maintenance team that is actually on top of issues- big or small. I'd definitely recommend, and will be here for years to come!
I stayed at Maple Place Apartments for 3 years and my stay was pretty great. I had some issues that were always resolved very quickly with maintenance. The place is maintained in a good location that made it easy for me to get to work and back. I would recommend this to my family members.
Okay so I am picky with location and if it’s clean etc. I am very happy with the staff in the leasing office. They’re not rude or unprofessional. They’re super nice. They made A LOT of changes to the property because of the pandemic. That was for the better to keep us safe. We have a package pick up room with code access. They respond very quick to maintenance request. The property is ALWAYS clean. I appreciated living here. Seeing my past experience at my last apt was HORRIBLE! The only thing I HATE which is actually minor. Is that you don’t have much time to pay your rent. I actually caught CoVid and wasn’t able to get assistance or anything and still got an eviction notice immediately after AND had to attend court. Which was virtual. Thankfully. But that is the ONLY thing. Which is minor. Very quiet and the residents who live here are pleasant and keep to themselves. But are polite. How I like it. Lol. It’s so chill here. You’ll love it. Oh and they also have a mini dog park!
We’ve lived at Mapletree for two years and have had nothing but great experiences here. The office staff is great, exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Seeing them is always the highlight of our two-year old son’s day. The maintenance team is also amazing; very punctual and efficient at fixing any issues. The location is also great if you work in Southfield.
On the positive side, this apartment complex is right by 12 and Northwestern, as well as 696 and Telegraph. So that's nice. But that does not make up for the laziness of the maintenance staff, or the carelessness and poor communication from the management staff. Maintenance is inconsistent with response times and quality of work in the apartments. i.e. had a leak from the ceiling in my bathroom, called and was told to call back in "a little while" if it didn't stop. Then, when the apartment below us had a leak, the maintenance staff went into my apartment (with my dog loose) with about 5 minutes notice, only to leave a mess and things not put back. The management staff's poor communication is also concerning. They give very little notice of their "scheduled" updates/maintenance. When putting in a request for maintenance, make sure you get the name of the person who takes your call and have him/her write down your entire request. It is likely that you will need to call at least a second time for anything to be done.
I have been living at Mapletree for approximately 9 years, and although the hands of management has changed several times over the past 9 years, I have to say that this time they did it right. From the management staff in the office, to the maintenance crew, everyone at Mapletree Apartments are dedicated to ensuring that their tenants are well taken care of. For me being comfortable in my home is very important, and these guys make sure to stay on top of any and every thing that arise. Hats off to you all!
I recently moved in about a week ago, I absolutely love my apartment! The ladies in the office made my move super easy, considering I moved from another state. Everyone is super nice and helpful I’m planning to stay here a while.
Dana and Jodi are the best people I have met when it comes to lease office help. They are super friendly and are always on their toes to help the residents. I am a single working woman and it is important for me to feel safe. The community is a quiet and beautiful place to stay. The service response is quick. I never had one single problem in my first year of stay here.Rent is affordable and the staff helps you to work things out every time. I would definitely recommend this place.
I moved here a couple months ago in a rush because my previous apartment had mold, and had horrible customer service. All I can say is this property is a complete change. The staff is super helpful, always friendly, and they accept my packages which I love. I cant think of one complaint. I love going in and chatting with the ladies in the office, they always make me laugh. Keep up the good work!
We were blessed to find this apartment in a safe clean area, close to great shopping and transportation.We are constantly being surprised with the apartments informative news letter each month.
