For the most part it’s been fine. Had some issues early on but they were fixed.it took a few work orders but after they were places they would have it fixed that same week, sometimes the next day.

Very smooth transition and I feel very welcomed by my neighbors! The community is quite and very well kept and nice! The apartments are also very spacious and nice!

Carpet is smelly and left plaster in bathroom sink leaving clumps. Leakage in kitchen faucet when it is open. Splashes water everywhere. Not very careful when renting apartments

My kids and I are loving it so far. The quiet neighborhood access to the playground after school and so many close grocery stores and it’s so convenient as a mom to have CVS so close !

I absolutely love the apartment complex and the leasing office team. They are so easy to talk to and help you in anyway possible. This makes three years with Mapleton Square and I couldn’t be happier.

We have been living here for almost 4 months, it’s an ok apartment complex, but the dryers in the laundry rooms don’t work well and the actual cost of using the washer/dryer set up is not told to you at move in. The machine also only takes cash. It’s just really inconvenient, the laundromat around the corner is cleaner and cheaper, so you’re better off going there. The one in my row is also a hang out spot for teenagers, so you have awkward run ins with groups of kids as well. We were told “on site laundry” and assumed that it would be cheaper or cost free or at least easier to load your card considering what you pay for rent.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable for just myself and the application process was very smooth with Jacquelyn! She is very kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process!

Maintenance sucks because this company is very cheap when it comes to fixing things. It was okay for the first 2 years I was here but I wouldn't recommend this place. Especially for the price.

I had a wonderful experience getting set up with my new apartment. The staff was responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend this property if you are in the market to move.

They fix things right away, you can pay ahead on rent. I like the private entry you can have your personal parking spot and they have laundry facilities on the property.

Been here going on three months. So far one of the best complexes I've lived in. Friendly staff, quiet community, and we're very comfortable with our apartment. Maintenance is pretty punctual as well, so thats a huge plus.

Mapleton Square Apartments are nice. The one bedroom apartments are spacious. Maintence along with the other staff are kind and helpful. All things and concerns are done and addressed in a timely manner. Mapleton Square Apartments is a complex I would recommend

Like the new apartment so far. Although originally there were some issues they were quickly addressed and that was a very good look. Th front office has been very friendly as well.

Love it here; just annoyed with neighbors above, constantly smoking Marijuana and dropping trash from their balcony. I can't enjoy fresh air because I can't open my balcony due to the smell of Marijuana. Other neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful.

I’ve lived at Mapleton Square for over a year now. When I first got the apartment I was told by a few individuals that it wasn’t the greatest area but honestly I’ve got no complaints. The leasing office is quick to answer questions, maintenance has addressed any issues I’ve had, and my neighbors are all very nice. This will be the last place I rent before I decide to buy a place and I’m happy with that decision. My 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious. My only complaint is I don’t have a washer and dryer however I knew that when I signed the lease. However, if that’s my only complaint you know it can’t be bad at all!

Idk about all these positive reviews. When someone shuts a door for a different apartment, the whole place shakes. The rules don’t even apply. People leave dog crap everywhere! No leashes. Near the gym a pitbull or mix runs around with no leash. I’m scared it’ll bite me. This place… avoid

This place is a dump. It's the least updated apartment I have ever been in. They used one updated apartment and showed you a showroom that looks nothing like the apartment you will live in.

My experience moving in have been nothing short but amazing . While it is too soon to give it a Overall rating considering its day one but all in all no complaints

This is a very nice and quiet community. Everyone keeps to themselves. Also the grounds are kept neat and clean. My move in experience was great and the staff was nice and friendly.

Honestly for the amount charged every month, I feel there is more that could be offered. The amount I pay for a 1 bedroom is equal to what others pay for a house. They don’t enforce the “pick up after your dog” rule so there are times when im dodging piles. As an owner who does pick up after their dog it’s annoying for sure.

The community is nice and a beautiful place. The maintenance when needed do a great job, all of the people in the office are extremely nice and understanding. I do say that in general I think price of apartments do not match with the aesthetics inside cabinets are very outdated and also bathroom is. All in all still a great place to live

Everything is good, while there can be improvements it’s a good apartment complex. Living on the first floor does have its disadvantages like hearing the upstairs neighbors. However, the apartment itself is fine.

The community is fine. Everyone pretty much sticks to themselves. Landscaping is kept in good condition throughout the year. I just don't like that we no longer have assigned parking unless we pay for it.

Restaurants, stores, and businesses are a close drive by, which is convenient, but you’ll have to deal with all the noise that comes with this area/neighborhood.

The apartments are nice and spacious. The community isn’t loud and the staff is quite nice. Only thing I’ve had a problem with is maintenance. They take months (going on 2 months for me) to complete a request.

Moving in was a very easy and good experience the people in the office are so nice and patient. They answer any questions you may have with no problem

I absolutely love it here. The office staff is amazing and helpful, the apartments are clean and the grass is kept up with. When I first moved here I was told this was not a great area in Dover, however, I’ve had not issues since moving here. My pup loves the dog park, and the ability to walk in well lit areas.

My maintenance requests have been addressed relatively quickly, save one or two in which the office told me a date and no one showed up to accomplish the task. All employees in the office have been kind and accommodating otherwise. However, the charge/cost to use the small gym is upsetting. Before signing the lease, I was not made aware that it would cost me money to use an amenity of the place I already pay to live at.

Overall the apartment is great. I really love the size of the bedroom. The close proximity to everything I needed is definitely a plus. Just a few aspects of the apartment were not squared away, but maintenance took care of most of it once made the requests.

Noisy, disrespectful neighbors. After several complaints and proof, management suggests we move instead of addressing issue....sad. Why should we move when we break no rules? Management should hold up their end of the lease. We have the right to a peaceful environment, yet, there is no peace.

Very nice, quiet community with spacious and well maintained apartments. Pet friendly, great HVAC and ample closet space. Enjoy living here.

I have decreased my rating since my last review. I have been at Mapleton Square for over two years now. The apartments are outrageously priced for the actual quality of the units. This area is also unsafe and often times gunshots are heard. In addition, the office staff have no accountability. They do not answer your calls or return your call after leaving voicemails. Maintenance requests go unresolved, for instance we submitted a request when I first moved in and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is not an apartment rental that I would recommend to anyone.

I’ve lived at Mapleton square for a month now and I am super happy about my decision to move here. It is close to everything, the dog park is amazing and my pup loves it. Any issue I’ve had has been addressed in a timely fashion and the office staff is always so nice. The 1bedroom apartment is much bigger than what I would have expected and it is very nice. If I had a complaint it would be that I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking, however it’s an apartment so that is expected.

I really like it here. The apartment is nice. I wish the kitchen was more open but it’s not unmanageable. The rooms are separated by the bathroom, which is pretty spacious, and is very accessible from any location in the apartment. Rent is easy to pay through the app and maintenance doesn’t take forever once you put a request in (at least in my experience). If you need anything from the leasing office just go there because it can be hard to get them on the phone. Only thing is the walls/ceilings are very thin. You can hear your neighbors everywhere. 4 stars because I can tolerate noise and I don’t mind to much.

Everyone in leasing office is very nice. It is a pleasant neighborhood to live in. The floors above me are a noisy, but over all the apartment is nice.

Nice area . My dog loves it. Apartment is great. No problems. Area is quite. Location is near food places. Don’t hear no loud music. Neighbors are nice

Being a resident has been a great experience so far. The community is quite quiet and facilitates working from home. I would recommend it to a friend.

Staff was super friendly, and helped me get into my apartment right away. Haven't had any issues since I've moves in. My neighbors are pretty quiet most of the time.

I love my apartment. Even with the inconvenience mapleton square found a way to move me quickly and swiftly. The management is great here . I can’t wait to see what the year brings

The staff has always been great when I’ve needed to contact them about anything. My apartment is nice and I like the layout. I just signed up for my third year.

I haven’t been here long almost a month and I absolutely love it so far and the staff is amazing and nobody is stand-off ish. The environment is beautiful different than what I’m used to back in Philly and I feel safe around here.

Move in wasn't the best but it is peaceful and they have fixed a few things. My neighbors are quiet overall. Dogs barking is annoying sometimes, but not too bad.

I’ve been here 5 years going on 6. There has been difficult times but they truly help you and work with you as long as there is communication. I wish the apartment can get some upgrades but I’ve enjoyed my time here.

The grounds seem to always look nice. Any issues that are reported are taken care of in a timely fashion. Communication with residents is also done in a timely fashion. The upkeep on the parking lots and walkways is good during the winter months as well.

Compared to the other apartments in the area, Mapleton Square does have to best ratings overall. I previously lived in an apartment that was infested with cockroaches, so I can say that it has been pleasant to not have any issues nearly as bad as that. The downside is that the cost of rent does not match the quality of the apartments or the amenities provided. The neighborhood also isn't the best and I was home when a man across the street was shot twice. If these apartments were in a safer area, I would give them a better rating.

Nice location close to shopping and public transportation quiet and friendly community. Dog park as well as a new gym. Friendly staff and a willingness to help you.

My experience here has been comfortable and convenient. Enjoy the location to stores and route 13. Rent is high and Maintenance can be better but overall it has Been nice

Good place if you have no huge expectations and want a cheaper rent. My apartment was dirty upon move-in (unused tampons in closet, etc). Door kicked in by FD, car broken into, weed smell in unit. With the exception of Dante, the staff sucks! Maintenance guys are pretty cool. If u don’t respond with notice to vacate 3 months prior to lease end, you WILL automatically be renewed for 1yr! I could go on, but I’ll end with suggesting you look elsewhere.
