Property Ratings at Maple View
This is situated in a nice, quiet, family friendly neighborhood close to parks and school. My complex inside and out is well maintained and clean. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and any problems with the property or appliances is solved quickly. Everyone I've spoken with is friendly.
This place is great. Management is quick to respond. Maintenance is quick to respond and able to fix things promptly. I love the natural light that fills the entire apartment every day. It's quiet, and I love that about it.

Great neighborhood and very nice apartments. The apartments were upgraded with new carpet and paint for move in. Management is friendly and are quick to respond when you need them.

The management is awesome. They are so helpful. If something is wrong they have some over that day or the next day to fix the problem. It is also in a nice location.
Upgrades are being made and it is very quiet in this community which I like. Never any problems. Maintenance is done in a timely manner which is great.
Great area, spacious apartments, responsive management, and respectful neighbors. The new property owners have made several updates over the past few months- which have all been great! My only complaint is that the apartments do need new carpet, other than that, great place to call home!
Very big apartment for what you pay in rent! Living room is huge and 2 bedrooms is awesome and hard to find for this price. New management is updating grounds and buildings, which is making it look even better! Most people keep to themselves, so nice and quite as well. I have lived here over 4 years!

The apartments are what you would expect. Basic appliances, full size fridge, and side by side sink in the kitchen. AC unit in the wall. The bathrooms are a decent size for this style and the shower/tub built-in are new and clean. Management is very straightforward and easy to talk with.
Its a simple apartment complex, but it is clean and well taken care of. The grounds are well-kept including in the winter time when snow is cleared and salt is put down in a timely fashion. Amenities work well and maintenance is responsive to any issue.
I love the quiet community with quick access to hwy 41.
