Property Ratings at Maple Terrace
had a tour decided to put down a $250 Holding fee for the same type of apartment we toured, it was supposed to be refundable within 3 days of viewing actual apartment being rented not the model we saw 3 weeks later finally get to see it and the apartment was not the same one we viewed. They won't refund us even tho they held the wrong apartment.
