Property Ratings at The Avenue
Don't let the fake, paid reviews attract you. Please look at the likes next to the comments or post on other reviews. Jesus has asked my wife and I numerous times to leave a Google review on him in exchange for 75-150$ off rent. Or a chance to win a 55in tv. So where do I start? Jesus is a lazy manager and does nothing to upkeep or improve the property. They have 1 maintenance man who does his best with everything going on. Jesus does very little to help. The property always looks like crap, trashy dump. 98% of his reviews are paid. He talks down to females and his employees. He is very rude. Being his neighbor is very hard. He is never in the office when needed. Always in his apartment. I've seen him get into not only employees faces but residents too. You talk to him about a problem with residents flying through the neighborhood almost hitting children, nothing done. Numerous residents complained about a resident looking through windows, nothing done. Trash all over and he walks around it. I can keep going on. But don't get me wrong the new owner is trying his best. It's just bullcrap that they have major underground water leaks and making residents pay higher water bill. You can't let your kids play in the backyards because of bad sewer problems. I wish that you could post pictures. Our lease is up in 2 months and we have talked with Jesus about not extending it over 3 months ago and he has harassed us about signing another lease so much we had to block his number and communicate through email. We would love to give these apartments 3 stars but can't do to Jesus poor management. I sure hope I get the 55in TV for leaving a review like he asked.
The new management has been very busy fixing up the community. They have made some great improvements to the property and are very helpful. I definitely recommend the avenue!
I love this place, and all the upgrades that are happening. I'm about to have a private patio, yay! The maintenance guys are super nice, and my dog and I love going into the office to get him a treat.
Property management has been doing a great job at cleaning and updating the complex.
The remodeled apartments were fantastic to view!! If your want to be in a nice, quiet atmosphere, then this is the place to be. Would recommend if your a family or friends!
I have been staying at Maple Manor for about 6 months. They have made a lot of improvements to the property. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. They respond the same day when you contact them. It is one of the less expensive communities in the area as well if you want to save some money.
