Property Ratings at Maple Knoll Apartments
Cheaply made, slow maintenance, dog poop everywhere, snow removal comes for two hours two days in a row before dawn when it hasn’t snowed, people park illegally in handicap spots,
I have been at Maple Knoll for a year and a half and love it! Maintenance is always handled in a timely fashion. Plus, we have community events all throughout the month!
We’ve lived in Westfield seven years and built 2 homes. Both times we’ve lived here at Maple Knoll and loved it so much. The second time it was a no brainer to call them up and luckily we found a place to live. They remembered us from 6 years prior! The social committee is awesome, they include pet fun, the maintenance staff is amazing if and when you need them and we love our temporary home!
We've lived at Maple Knoll for almost 8 years. Staff is great; very quick to respond to questions or maintenance. The pool and bbq grills are great. Fun activities each month.
Maple Knoll has the friendliest staff, is super clean, and is in an ideal location! The front office staff is so friendly and live on site, so keeping the apartment clean and functioning well impacts them directly. Maintenance is quick to respond and super friendly as well! Us and our pups love living here!
My fiancé and I have lived at Maple Knoll for almost 2 years now. We had never lived in an apartment complex before, and we were worried how our dog would adjust. We were sold on the AMAZING and ATTENTIVE staff, the welcoming and FUN dog park for our pup, and the amenities! I love the feeling of community here at Maple Knoll also. My fiance and I love coming to the monthly events and meeting our neighbors! It truly feels like home :)

My husband and I were new to the Westfield area and looking for a place where we could start to feel part of a community. Maple Knoll not only had one of our favorite apartment units, with clean & nice finishes, but the atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. The community is very welcoming and very dog-friendly! Our dog is like our child, so we love living in a community where there is a large fenced in dog park for him to freely run and socialize with other Maple Knoll dogs of all sizes. We’ve been very happy with our choice of moving to Maple Knoll!
Clean, quiet and safe! Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable. All around a great community.
The staff is friendly. Most have been working here for years- they really take pride in the property, the residents, and their work. There are so many things to do within the complex, and you really feel like you're part of a community. It's dog friendly, and there are several great areas to walk dogs, as well as a dog park. Last but not least, I LOVE my apartment. It's well-lit, quiet, appliances are new, plenty of space, a gorgeous (CLEAN) garden tub, and I happen to have a great view as well. I highly recommend living here.

Love living here. Residents are treated with respect and importance all around. The community events are all quite fun and thoughtful! Happens to be located within short distance to some great places. A very quiet place as well. Newly remodeled gym is fantastic!
I have lived here for nearly 4 years and I love it! I’ve lived in several other apartment communities and this is by far the best one as far as staff, getting to know their residents and having events that make us feel connected. There are a lot of opportunities to connect with fellow residents and the whole staff knows me by name. I feel like they value me as a resident and take care of any issues that arise very quickly. If we had a hot tub it would be perfect!!
The community at Maple Knoll is unique and refreshing. Some of my good friends are my neighbors. The property is kept clean, and the layout of our 3-bedroom is great for or family.
For apartment living, Maple Knoll is top notch! The staff and maintenance team are kind, respectful, and helpful. The community is clean, safe, and the property is well cared for. I/we have been here for our 3rd lease term while saving for a house. I love the variety of floor plans, private entries, fitness room with virtual trainer, pool and cluchouse is beautiful... I wish I could host parties there! Our Community Life team plans activities, generous get togethers, and interests for all ages to keep Maple Knoll residents feeling appreciated, wanted, and involved. Love the dog park. Also, the location is great-minutes from charming downtown Westfield, close to Carmel, brief ride to 465,yet community is tucked away from it all and quiet and peaceful. As with any apartment community, there is the possibility of hearing your neighbor upstairs, next door, etc., but it's tolerable. Very happy to have made Maple Knoll our home!
Management is rude, their children are rude too. In the summer, at the pool, the jump in and splash anyone around. They use the computer room and leave messes (pop cans, candy rappers). Why not mom runs the place. The apartments are cheaply made! Beware! They will charge you a lot of money when moving out, even if you clean the carpet or paint. I've heard this many times for residents moving out. Even the cleaning crew that cleans the clubhouse is unhappy. They charge extra for the pet park and parking. Seriously. This place looks great, but its not. Good luck!
Have been here two months and like every bit of it. Front office has get togethers and ways to meet new residents. Has a nice pool and two outdoor gas grills. Close to a grocery store as well.Only thing I have noticed is the amount of spiders and spider webs outside.
Maple Knoll has done a great job in being an affordable community along with many bonuses that you don't realize until you get here. Here are some of the pros of living at Maple Knoll: - Great location just north of Carmel and only 30 minutes from downtown Indy - Washer and Dryer is included at no extra cost - Units are modern and appliances are not dated (GE appliances) - Attractive paint on walls (tan color) and white trim around apartment - Maintenance prompt and does as you request them to do - Pool is free of charge - Two large grills free of charge - Decent workout room for a tenant looking for a no-cost workout - Very nice and responsive front-office staff - Great atmosphere with community-sponsored events - Access to major highways (US 31 and State Road 32) - User friendly interface for online payment system Here are some of the drawbacks to living at Maple Knoll: - On move-in, apartment was partially repainted (portions of paint were missing off the walls and trim - Some gaps in the window and sliding glass door allow for air to move through at high pitched sounds (high winds only) - Pet fees are a little high along with initial deposit per pet (30/month, 300 deposit - 150 refundable) - Dishwasher not up to par Like I said, when you start living here, there are more benefits than what I have jotted down (such as free set of light bulbs for new Duke customers). So, even with relatively high rent payments (unless you get lucky), right across the street is more expensive that does not include a washer and dryer. For the money, this is the apartment complex you want to be in if you work in Westfield, Noblesville, Carmel, Zionsville, Indianapolis, Fishers, or Brownsburg. Like I said, there is more than what meets the eye! FYI: I did over three months of research and tours of apartment complexes around the area. This is the best value.
I have no complaints about this apartment complex at all. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy. They offer multiple layouts for apartments and they’re very spacious. It’s definitely worth the price, especially being in a nice area. All the neighbors are friendly, hardly any noise to complain about, and there’s always parking near the building so you don’t have to walk very far. One thing we’ve always run into with previous leases at other complexes was the maintenance. The maintenance staff at Maple Knoll is beyond superb! They say they will fix any issue within 24 hours and they definitely live by that. I don’t think I’ve had to wait for more than 4-5 hours for non-emergency issues. On top of their guarantee to get issues fixed within 24 hours, if they do happen to fail to meet this deadline, they will apply credit(s) to your monthly rent. Needless to say, there’s hardly anything I can complain about with this apartment complex and would recommend it to anyone!
