Manor @ Victoria park has a very friendly environment. Management is excellent and is on top of her job. The first thing that I noticed was the cleanliness of the entire building. I also find peace and quiet due to the perfect site setting located at the end of a well maintained community of single family homes that backs up to a stream. I watch the ducks and geese feeding every morning from my living room window. It’s an amazing place to live.??

Just moved into The Manor at Victoria Park a week and a day now. First and foremost, the leasing/management time members are "awesome"!! Despite being very busy, they always find time to assist in a professional; but most importantly - kind manner!! In regards to maintenance, I submitted by request to a customer service representative who was also professional and kind about making sure my information/request for service was recorded accurately The next day a kind and knowledgeable maintenance worker resolved my issues I highly recommend living here, especially since it does not take me long to discover; based on staff interactions, whether or not I'm going to be satisfied living here as long as possible!! -Sheila L.

I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and respect from staff and management here at The Manor at Victoria . Whenever I have an issue and have to speak to someone in the office they are extremely rude and combative. I'm to the point where I dont even want to deal with staff because they're very hostile and unprofessional. I feel like I'm in the projects!

The Manor
The Manor is a great place for seniors to live.It has great assess for seniors since some of us no longer drives. ".The Bus "a free bus for seniors comes right to building mondays - Fridays every 30 Minutes 7am-7pm.It go pass shopping centers and to Metro.There's a walking trail around the building.There's a Hospitality suite for our guests to stay for one week free.There's 2 rooms for functions and entertianment.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The atmosphere is like a family.A great comfortable place for seniors.
