Rogers, Arkansas combines historic charm with contemporary living in Northwest Arkansas's growing metropolitan area. The rental market offers diverse options, from downtown lofts to suburban communities, with average rent prices ranging from $1,193 for one-bedroom units to $1,649 for three-bedroom homes. Downtown Rogers preserves its heritage with brick streets and historic architecture, while Pinnacle Hills features the Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping center. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mammoth at the Orchard Apartments
I'm not trying to complain but Breckenridge is not what it's cracked up to be. Its's not that bad though. Our landlord is pretty nice but the maintenance man is kind of creepy. There is no pool and there is no Clubhouse. The rent is too high for the quality of the apartments. They also have a problem with coming to fix any issues in the apartment. They're kind of slow about it. The apartment is pretty nice sized but there's no carpet all through the apartment but Breckenridge is not the worst apartment I've been in.
We moved in with no other option. Found out it's a bad neighborhood, police always knocking some ones door down. Crack heads walking around. The landlord and maintenance guy are both a holes. They take money out of your deposit if you need something in your home fixed.
