Kira the property manager is amazing. She is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to help you. Also the maintenance guy Jordan is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great apartments with various upgrades. Easily the nicest complex in Marion. The move in process is smooth and the staff are very helpful. I did have one issue since moving in 4 months ago and the maintenance guy came out same day to fix it.

My husband and I were looking to downsize from a condo and toured this place several times. The platinum units are just perfect for us and come with all the appliances. Kira has been amazing to work with, she is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area as well which sold us on this location. We are currently on the waitlist for a 2 bedroom platinum unit and could not be more excited to start on this endeavor!

Don’t sign a lease here!! The manager is really rude and will likely let you know this up front. She dresses like trash most days she bothers doing her job and the only time she looks professional or is nice is when someone important is coming. The manager has poor customer service skills and when you complain about another tenant or issues within your unit she gets defensive and refuses to take anymore calls from you. I’ve had numerous issues since signing a lease here and if the things I mentioned so far don’t bother you then go for it. Be prepared for rent to be HIGH and your renewal to be even HIGHER. Oh, and it's impossible to get out your lease early with it costing an arm and a leg. Renters Beware!

This really is the nicest apartment place to live in Marion. We moved my grandma in about six months ago. The manager has taken really good care of her and I love the security enter system they offer.

I have been living here for almost month now and it has been great. The move-in process was super simple and the apartment was in great shape. There was one small thing that needed to be replaced when we moved in, and it was taken care of immediately. The apartment size is perfect for me and my kids. The property is so quiet and peaceful. There are constantly people around walking their dogs! Kira, the manager is the sweetest and has been great to work with as well. I am looking forward to the rest of my time here!

Everything about this apartment complex is amazing, from the property manager, maintenance and the residents that live here. I have had absolutely no issue with any of my neighbors, its very clean, affordable and spacious. If you have kids, this is one of the safest complexes in marion right now

I have recently moved in and I have loved everything about this place! Kiralynn has been super helpful and so nice. The apartments are well maintained and even the laundry on-site is very clean and doesn't feel like a dungeon. I have been loving my experience so far and I am looking forward to the future here and making this my home

My husband & I are moving to the area & we looked at Mallard Landing. The Property Manager was very welcoming. The apartments were beautiful, the location is convenient & we loved how well kept the property was!

This is such a beautiful community. I love the new renovations in the hallways. It is so nice and inviting.. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone that needs a new home!

Poorly managed apartment complex. Takes over a week for simple maintenance requests to be addressed. I've tried going to the office multiple times this week and the manager is always gone early. Garbage all over the parking lots. Rent is high and is going up. Can't wait to leave!

We are very pleased with Mallard Landing. The entire complex is dog friendly, and it feels like a little community. Safety was a huge factor in choosing the place we wanted to live, and Mallard Landing has been nothing but that. Our two bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. I can not say enough about how clean it was when we moved in. The apartment buildings themselves are kept clean as well, the sweetest lady comes and cleans weekly. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful! There is always an activity going on, which is really nice. It may seem to be a bit expensive, but this apartment complex is totally worth the price.

The environment is quiet. Property is kept neat and clean, close to Kroger and Walmart with easy access to HWY 23.

I toured the property traveling through the area for work & love the upgrades being done. The manager was super friendly & didn't rush the tour at all. Very cute place!

The new apartments are really nice. It’s quiet and clean.

The spiders and bugs here are HORRIBLE. They do half job repairs (not good), cracks in wall all around the windows because of water leak, ended up causing mildew. Our tub was also stained when we moved in, the caulk around tub was peeling. Definitely not worth the price of rent. Other than these things it’s in a good neighborhood for Marion, most of the neighbors are friendly, and they accept pets which is a plus. All of these things were with old management in 2021, maybe with new management/maintenance they’ll take care of things better.

The rent is to high for Marion. No amenities are available. Place not at all what I expected. I would rather go to Delaware or Columbus. A total rip off

I really love living here! I had a great experience working with Kim & move-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

If you move in here and you don’t mind stairs I would recommend the top floors the cathedral ceilings really make them feel bigger ! Plenty of closet space and utilities tend to be reasonable.

Very nice place. Great location and management very professional. Rents high for location, but over all very nice. Looking forward to moving sometime next year.

Very quiet place... loved that it's not right in the hub of everything and it is Pleasant School's. Staff very friendly and courteous.

Mallard Landing is a Great Community. The Property Manager Kim is Very Easy to work with. She makes sure Things are done in a timely manner.She cares about the tenant Satisfaction as well as keeping the property looking very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a nice quiet place to call home.

We like it here! Customer Service is spot on if we have any questions or concerns we get an answer quickly. The property is maintained very well and it is so quite here. The location is good too we can walk to stores we and some of our doctors. We are so glad we moved here! J. B.

The customer service at Mallard Landing has been outstanding. Being in the military and moving consistently, I have experience good, bad and ugly customer service. At Mallard Landing, have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Move here if you can.

I feel lucky for find this apartment which is at peaceful location and very near to my workplace. Located within the city with market, hospital, banks and all other facilities close by. I am thankful to apartment.com for helping me out for finding out this apartment. Thank you.
