I’ve been living with Mallard Crossing for over 2 years now and I’ve never once questioned my decision to live here. The amenities are great, the floor plans make sense, and the complex team are quick to answer any issue. I would 100% renew my lease here again.
Mallard Crossing at St. Matthews is a beautiful place to call home and I enjoy that the amenities can be accessed when I have time, yet are safe. My apartment is on a corner and it is so peaceful and quiet with the sound of the creek running. I have really enjoyed living in my space.
All my neighbors are very nice, gentle men have a gathering at the pond on Saturday, and the gym is awesome!!! There is security for safety and lots of spots are walking distance, or even faster bike ride.
Love that it’s close to work and close to friends in the community. The gym is great, I feel like that’s the only thing that can justify how expensive rent is though.

I have lived in these apartments for almost 5 yrs. I have had several issues over the yrs. Broken ac in the summer that took 3 months to fix. A broken heater in the winter that took 10 weeks to fix. Now after 5 years there are roaches everywhere. Even after pest control they are still crawling everywhere. I keep a clean space and I know I was not the cause. Do not move here!!!

The recent rent increase is not accompanied by any renovations or updates to the apartments. The move-in condition of the apartment was unsatisfactory, with several broken items and overall uncleanliness. Communication with the leasing staff has proven to be extremely challenging, with a lack of empathy for mental health concerns. Additionally, the stairs leading to the second floor pose a safety hazard.

The maintenance team here is amazing! I called them for an AC problem and they were at my door within 15 minutes. The apartment itself is very nice and the location is in a really good area.

I downsized from my home of thirty years to Mallard Crossing of St Matthews and I have never been more happy. I absolutely love the green space. Doesn’t feel like a typical building and concrete apartment.

Overall we have not been satisfied with property management and maintenance at Mallard Crossing. Numerous maintenance issues after the other, and they do not seem to care that much about their residents once you've moved in.

I have lived here for several years and Love it. I feel like it is a safe community. I love that the grounds are beautifully maintained. All of my service requests have been addressed right away. The service request techs are always very porfessional. I most definitely would recommend these homes to my friends.

I have lived here for a year now. it is not a cheap apartment, so i expected some quality management. Sadly, after management changed hands in Late September, things went sour fast. The management promised when I signed up they would have the laundry room renovated and ready to use in three or four months. it's been a year, and there is no usable laundry room for the complex. I requested someone to come fix my heater in October. Not only did they never fix it, it's almost spring and i now have little need for a heater. Paying rent is a nightmare. Not the price, just the act of paying it. Management is constantly changing the methods of payment they will/won't take. I would have gladly gone elsewhere if I had known living here would be such an ordeal.

Love apt and location. Office staff is top shelf. Maintenance staff go up and above their responsibilities to repair defects and building inefficiencies. Can not fault them for limitations imposed on them
