Mallard Crossing Apartments

The community is well kept, maintenance responds appropriately as well. It’s an older apartment complex, but quiet and safe. The only negative is communication. At times, water is turned off due to a community issue, but I’ve yet to see a text or email. But, If you have direct questions, the leasing office is informative and will get back to you.

Good people who care. Maintenance and office people work to help. The town homes are huge and they have a big pool.

Maintenaince is not upto the mark. their leasing office staff has limited knnowledge on their policies and poor communication. They treat as if they don't care

One of the worst. One of the perks the complex will try to sell you on is how they are a “gated community”, which is far from the truth. The gates hardly ever work and usually are left open. If you have an issue regarding your apartment good luck getting maintenance out check it out. You will have to file a request, call the hotline, then call the front office only to wait an additional 3 days before they send someone out. The dumpster breaks frequently resulting in mounds of garage along the road. The overall quality of the apartments is bad, which is not surprising given the shortcoming’s of the maintenance team.

I would recommend due to the quiet neighbors, the pool is rarely crowded, everyone seems friendly enough. I would not recommend only because not enough updates to the inside of the units are done or when appliances are replaced, they are replaced with used dented ones etc. (My dishwasher) or not replaced/fixed at all (my refrigerator)

Some people might think this place is great, but my daughter and I honestly wish we would have never moved here. If this place was high quality, I would not mind the high rent, but that’s definitely like the case and the reason I can’t wait to leave!

I love mostly everything about the community, I do wish all of the units were upgraded

I would not rent because the area is too congested and the apartment felt smaller and older than I expected.

External security lights have been out since May, two person to person requests made & one via website work order, still out.

The property is well maintained and there are lots of amenities.

Mallard Crossing appears to be a pleasant, well-maintained community. The leasing agent appeared genuinely concerned with meeting our needs.

Just wish I had a better idea of the apartment set up I was moving into (carpet/ tile floor) but outside of that it' been great experience.

Our family would like the Mallard Crossing location, office staff and size of the apartments. The rent prices are doable, also.

The community was clean, pet friendly, the view from the patio was amazing, they take out the trash for residents!! A+

I really like it here. It' beautiful and neighbors seem nice. It' a bit expensive but we are here for 6 months or so. So I understand short term leases are more expensive. I would like things taken care of. But it' a very nice place

The home was not in move in ready condition. The walls and doors were splattered with liquid, food hand prints etc. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, light bulbs were out in several fixtures. The walls were dirty and splattered. At the least should have repainted the home with fresh paint, as dirty as the doors and walls were. Cabinets were dirty inside, oven drawer had burnt food and a pan left in it. Over all the cleanliness of the home was no where near move in ready. The staff is great and helpful with all items needing addressed, just wish the home was clean when we moved in.

We already recommended this complex to our adult aged children and they now live here in their own townhome.

I have recommended Mallard Crossing and two people have moved here because of my satisfaction and recommendations. I also have 2 other friends interested in looking at apartments here because they like my apartment.

I've lived here for a couple years and it is such a great place to live. It's safe, quiet, and has friendly neighbors. The amenities are great and the value per square foot is unmatched, in my opinion. I love the space my apartment offers, which is more than enough. I love the layout of the property, too, which makes it easy to go for walks. Also, if you appreciate nature, the lakes here are really aesthetic and there are plenty of mallards and geese so even though you're close to shops and restaurants, you still feel like you're somewhat secluded. The buildings are well-maintained and you'll see that reflected in your heat/A/C bill every month. If there are any issues, their service team is quick and kind. I would definitely suggest you give Mallard Crossing a visit. What I also love about living here is that parking is always available and there's plenty of it available for if you have friends or family over. This property is also very close to businesses in Mason and Loveland so if you work in those cities, or even others close by, you won't have a long drive to work (once the pandemic is over).

I love my apartment. I’ve been here for almost a year and have had a great experience. Everyone is so helpful and I love the pool!

I have been here for several years now and am very happy with my experiences so far. The neighbors I have had so far have been quiet and cordial. The girls in the office have always been very personable and take very good care of me. Kelley, Ashley, and Brittany respond quickly and thoroughly. I love the maintenance staff; extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Vance is a favorite of ours! He always takes a moment to talk to my daughter. Communication has been very good with notices being released as needed. I have no plans of leaving any time soon!

The staff is always helpful when we have any problems. We enjoy sitting on the balcony in the mornings when the weather is nice and listen to birds. I have had minor mechanical problems with the heating and the maintenance team fixed it in a jiff! They even stopped back a week later to ask if everything was working properly. I can only say good thinks about Ashley who was the one we worked with and went through all of our costs when we first moved making the decision very easy. Overall we think this is a great a place to live!

Property is clean and quiet, grounds are well maintained, neighbors are all friendly, and I love my space. Good value for the price. Have had positive interactions with all staff members I have encountered.

After owning a home for 40+ years we decided to downsize and leave the upkeep behind us. we looked at several properties before stopping in at Mallard Crossing in Loveland, Ohio. Kelley greeted us as we entered the office and even without an appointment she dropped what she was doing and showed us a couple of units and gave us an overview of the property. We decided then that this was going to be our new apartment home. The property is well maintained and the office staff and maintenance group are super nice. We really do love it here.

The entire staff has always been kind and courteous. I’m also impressed with the landscaping service.

My wife and I feel very safe here. Any communications we have had with the office and/or maintenance personnel has been very positive.

i would recommended this ,its very spacious secure and clean. other charges are reasonable compare to other community, leasing office staff are very nice to there resident and help in need.

It is a wonderful community, however I am disappointed in the air/heat circulation issue I am having. No real solution except for me to have to pay money out of my pocket to fix it.

I would honestly say it needs a little touching up. For example get all the street lamps working. It's too dark in these parking lots. Alot of these cable / electric boxes are open or leaning, not straight up. Some of the cement curbs are broken in peices. Just a few small things can make this place look alot better. We need a Community clean up day. People could also help the looks by not putting all there junk on the patios .

Spacious rooms and conveniently located to many stores/restaurants. Pool and exercise room are nice amenities.

I would recommend as of now for the price comparison to other communities in the same area.

The maintenance department is excellent!!! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and has always finished the job in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to my satisfaction.

I think you have to many fees and the pet deposit is not refundable

This was at the very upper end of my housing budget. I was very impressed with the property and with Kelly.

I would recommend because the apartments are spacious, but the price is really high and rent increases are too much.

Based on leasing professional Brittany I would. She was professional, helpful and took the time to search for what i was looking for.

Rent is little bit more compared to other near by apartments which offer similar living experience.
