We reached one year here in January and I’m still so happy I’m this community. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The food trucks coming by every couple weeks is an added bonus! Love it here.

Space is nice, and open. Cabinets, and appliances are a bit outdated. Overall a nice place for the price, but wish the kitchen was a bit more modern.

We moved from Virginia to Pensacola, which was a huge mission to take on all in itself. The Majestic Oaks front office team helped in so many ways and welcomed us with open arms. Carl the maintenance man even walked up to our moving truck with some nice words and a warm welcome. I haven’t met too many of my neighbors but the ones I have encountered were more than welcoming. Our fist couple of days on site have been encouraging and I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors and enjoying the Florida sun.

I love it here management is great just would like to see updated appliances. The back gate seems to be not working more and more but other than that it’s been a great time here.

This is an excellent community to live in. The staff in the office are courteous and helpful and the maintenance staff are also on top of fixing everything in a timely manner. My unit was also very clean upon moving in. My only complaint is a lack of security cameras in the parking lot which has lead to a car thief/vandal eluding punishment on multiple occasions and upper company management not showing any signs of installing cameras. This is not the fault of the staff in the front office, but who they report to. Press for security cameras before moving in.

Great place to live. The customer service we have received from the staff has been phenomenal. Only change we would make it that the tanning bed be a little easier to access. Besides that keep up the good work!

The whole staff is awesome. They really took the time and had the place spotless when I moved in. It was clean from top to bottom and the ground was very nice.
The residence is very nice it is quite in the people is very nice also. The pool is nice I also love the gym. I like how they come together like a big family in get together.

38 steps up and 38 steps down to move in multiplied by the number of trips to and from the vehicle . A freight elevator is a necessary upgrade for moving into the top floor . However, the staff is pleasant , accommodating, and knowledgeable.
