Over all good experience here the maintenance people are always on a task right away, Rachele is always in the office and is helpful, utilities paid, and a nice clean environment

The apartment was nice and cozy for the both of us, it was what we were looking for at the time. But they didn’t turn over a properly clean apartment to us. Toilet was so dirty from just being there covered not being used, and they didn’t even clean it before turning it over. And on top of that, it clogged like every week so we had to call maintenance and they didn’t do much because it was a continued problem. Also, be aware that there’s a possibility that your neighbor’s sink may clog and it will all backed up into your sink as well, and water will be everywhere. When you move out, they will try to get everything from you, for even the dirty windows that they gave you, they will charge you for that. If they want you to move your car, they will not even give a reason, they just tell you to move it. They are not professionals

The units are very old as well as the furniture that comes with the apartment. There are a lot of stray animals that wander around the complex. I have also seen racoons in the parking lot and digging in trash cans during the night times. In addition to this, the homeless population often walks around the complex and digs in the trash cans. The laundry unit is usually kept pretty clean but it costs so much to wash and dry that I began going to the laundromat. The apartments itself are nice and the lawns are maintained. If you plan to move out, also plan for them to try to get every last penny they can from you.

The apartment is really old and small. The pool is always cold and not heated as they advertised. Also, Mr. Don is very rude and unprofessional when handling complaints. I'm moving out of here.

I am looking to move, I don't have any washer & dryer hooks, it is nice take all my untilities are included

I called many apartments upon my arrival in Febury in San Diego CA due to a job transfer, they were one of the few that actually answered the phone, There was a waiting list for 1 month and i moved in March 2015. The apartment is a 1 Bed room for $915 a month and includes up to $75 for gas and electric, even through its basic with old wood kitchen cabinets and formica counter tops, it was very clean and bathroom is medium size but good hot water and pressure. One day I noticed that there was light coming through the door and some spiders were getting in, with in a week they replaced the whole door and frame. The complex is well maintained and the pools are clean. Parking is for one car and visitors must use the street which where my unit is very close to the parking area and dead end street so is very convenient. Laundry area is locked and sercure with large wasahers and well working dryers that dry in one cycle at 1.25 per load. Any issues with tennants loud and partying are taken care of right away. Im very happy with my stay so far.
