Property Ratings at Maitland Pointe
Hallways are nasty, pool area and furniture needs to be replace. Been having issues with my Ac and they don't take it as an emergency. Most of the time gates and elevators are down. This is a nightmare.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding Maitland Pointe Apartments. We value your input and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. As communicated in our email last week, the exterior of the entire community is scheduled to be pressure-washed during the second week of December 2025. Additionally, both the front and back pool areas will be receiving new furniture, including chaise loungers, bar stools/chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas, estimated to arrive between mid- and late December 2025. Our community gates have been fully operational for several months. If you are experiencing any difficulty with your gate decal reader, please let us know so we may replace it for you at no charge. Likewise, our elevators have also been operating properly for an extended period. Regarding your HVAC system, please remember that we offer after-hours emergency maintenance in addition to standard service during regular business hours. If you are experiencing any maintenance issues or would like our team to inspect your AC system, we kindly ask that you contact us at 407-907-6730 so we can assist you promptly. I’ve been living here for a year, and I cannot wait for my lease to be up in June. This place is a mess. Just yesterday, some people were cleaning the hallways, and they completely flooded my front door. Thankfully, I had a floor mat to soak up some of the water, but it was still a disaster—I even had to use extra kitchen tissues to absorb the excess. Absolutely careless and inconsiderate. On top of that, the trash pickup is unreliable. They constantly miss their scheduled pickups, leaving garbage piling up. The hallways are always untidy and sometimes have this weird, unpleasant smell. Counting down the days until I can finally move out. Would not recommend living here.
I’ve been living here since the place opened and operated under the old management. I’ll be moving out this week as I’m moving out of state, but I will definitely miss this place. I’ve stayed this long due to the wonderful experience I’ve had. The property is clearly managed well and I’ve appreciated Robin and Stephanie so much. They’ve always helped me feel like family. Juan- who works with maintenance has also been amazing. Not only does he fix the issue, but he helps residents understand what the issue was all about. I highly recommend IMT!
Sooo... I typically won’t leave a review unless I absolutely hate something or I absolutely love something. In this case: I can honestly say... I absolutely LOVE these apartments. I have the smallest of all the units, I have a studio which is 576 square feet, it’s me and my cat and it’s the cutest apartment ever!!! Super clean, not like (oh cool a maid service was here)... oh no.... my place was like SUPER CLEAN!!! I knew I made the right decision based on that alone because I had leased my apartment “sight-unseen” I did see the model, but the model I saw was a much larger one bedroom and a much different unit than what I have. From my first inquiry till today which was in August 2020 - I’ve been treated with the utmost respect, best customer service, care, and even my stupid/annoying questions have all been answered with the utmost professionalism. All the office as well as maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to just let me know they are here for me if I ever need anything. This has never EVER been my experience in any apartment. I have lived in apartments since my teens and I’m no spring chicken, but this is seriously one of the best complexes I’ve lived in. The amenities alone I believe would make a person want to move here, for me, it was my floor plan. I just had no idea how amazing everyone at the office was going to be. Thank you to Stephanie, Neonna, Keishla, Mark, Austin, simply everyone. I so appreciate the common goodness and graciousness these people exude in these current days and times. jln

The worst apartment complex you may have the misfortune to go to. They want you to sign a 45 page lease document and if you are not careful, tucked away in that bunch is a blank inspection report saying apartment is fine. So watch out. Total tricksters. Maintenance is a joke and you always need to prove you have a genuine issue before somebody comes. Unless you want to sink and lose your hard earned $1500 pm, totally avoid this place. Their leasing office here or their management folks are unhelpful, uncooperative. Sometimes, like me,it is better for you to forget your 2 month lease breaking penalty than put up with the crap you are dished out.

The leased signed at move in and upon renewal is a National Apartment Association lease agreement that most reputable apartment communities utilize. The lease agreement is lengthy but we want to ensure that our residents have all of the information regarding our community at move in, so that they are aware of all policies and procedures that we have in place to ensure this is an enjoyable place for everyone to live. In reference to the inspection sheet, our leasing professional walks the apartment before a new resident moves in and documents any permanent issues. We do encourage our residents to inspect the apartment home as well and notify our office with any issues. I apologize that you have not had good experiences with our leasing and management team. I would love an opportunity to speak with you in person so that I can assist you with any issues you are currently experiencing, also, we can look at your inspection sheet together.
