Within Winter Park's chain of lakes lies Lake Maitland, the largest lake of the bunch, running for 450 acres. Lake Maitland shares territory with both Maitland and Winter Park in the area of Orlando, Florida. Great public schools, churches, and parks can be found in this neighborhood.
At the southeast end of Lake Maitland, Kraft Azalea Garden spreads out on five acres of secluded lakefront public grounds featuring the Exedra Monument and massive cypress trees. Lake Maitland connects to Lake Minnehaha, where you’ll find Minnehaha Park, a lakefront spot with a great boardwalk for fishing.

Beautiful place to live, the staff are very kind, the amenities are in good shape, the shops down there are so helpful between food and services for me and my Pet. Kelly’s are the best ice cream and next to them is Woofgang right in the corner they have the best pamper for my dog. Food, treats and the best grooming in Maitland don’t missed it for nothing and then obviously don’t forget Boku delicious oysters and all kind of sushi definitely a must stop by and try.

Probably my favorite apartment. Always lots of fun events happening around the area. In addition, there’s a farmers market every Sunday! Close to great restaurants and shops as well.

Theres so many food places in the area, so many amenities in the actual building and my apartment is so spacious. The only con is how big the place is I often get lost lol. I am in love with my new home!!

Recently I don’t feel like the staff has had great communication with the The fire alarm testing. As someone who works from home, it is EXTREMELY frustrating to be constantly interrupted during important work calls to a false alarm fire alarm. There has been multiple instances where we have been notified hours after the testing or not at all. To not know if it’s a real fire or not is very dangerous because the day it is a real fire… we might think it isn’t..

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to experience interruptions while working from home, especially when you rely on a quiet environment for important calls. Please know that we send out 24-hour notices for all fire alarm testing, and we want to en sure you're receiving these notices. If you're not receiving them, please let us know so we can investigate and address the issue promptly. Our fire alarm system is regularly serviced and supervised by the Fire Marshal to ensure it remains fully operational. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these tests and repairs, we sometimes are only able to send notices the day before. We recognize that these activities typically occur during business hours, when most residents are at work, but we understand that for those working from home, it can be disruptive. We take safety very seriously, and the last thing we want is for you to be uncertain about whether an alarm is a false alarm or an emergency. We appreciate your understanding, and we're committed to ensuring you’re well-informed moving forward. If there's anything else we can do to improve communication or minimize disruptions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We’ve been loving Maitland City Centre! The maintenance team is the best. The amenities are awesome, especially the dog spa. We love that all the dogs in this community are well behaved and we have no problem walking Tito around.

Maitland community center is a great place to live. The walls are thick, so you don’t hear people in their apartments. The location is very convenient. For the most part, the other residents are kind and helpful.

The location is very ideal. It smear Publix, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Trader Joe's, Wild Fork, lakes and parks, restaurants, and banks. It has a great gym and swimming pool and mingle area. It is quiet at night. The units are nice and well maintained.

maitland city center is very nice apparments. The grounds are always clean. location is great walking distance to alot of stores. we moved here in feb and very happy here. people are very friendly and nice. If need something fixes they come right away.People in main office are always so helpful.

It has been great. My dog and I are enjoying each day living at Maitland at City Centre. Hallways are always clean and smell really good. Amenities are top notch.

So far, it’s been great at Maitland City Centre. The community is awesome and a great place for our dog, Tito. Almost everything is walking distance, so we really appreciate that.

I love it here! The pool is fantastic as well, especially in The hot Florida sun. The amenities are great, the outside noise is really not too loud. Highly recommend!

We enjoy it here, the city of Maitland is amazing. We love that we can walk to many restaurants and desserts places. It’s amazing to have the gym and a pool all in one building.

The common areas are not really clean . The dimensions of the apartments are not real, they tell you that it is 17 × 14 and it was not like that and they do not adjust the price for the meters that they charge you.
