Maison's Landing Apartments

apartments are pretty nice! these are older apartments so there’s a few things that could be better and you can definitely hear footsteps from your neighbors but it’s expected in an older apartment(:

Living here is great!! Anytime I need something repaired or replaced the maintenance staff is always right on it!! The office staff is wonderful as well.. They always have fun projects around the holidays ??

Brianna was so helpful and nice, since the first time that we come and do the walking until we sign the lease, she answered all our questions and concerns.

The whopw staff is so friend, the outdoorsy areas are kept up and clean, optimal dog walking/pooping areas with potty bags available all over, the gym and the pool are kept up and clran.

The neighborhood could be safer with the package thieves and crimes being called. Also there is not a hot tub with the pool :( I am also still waiting to hear back if we are getting a car port from our lease renewal 2 months ago.

Just moved in and we can already tell the walls are thick enough between apartments so we don't hear what the neighbors are doing BUT they are thin on the external walls so when kids are screaming outside at 10 pm, its pretty noticeable. Otherwise, the property is clean and feels very safe!

Moving in has been so exciting! Xavey may be the most helpful property manager/ agent that I have ever worked with and I am so happy we were helped by her. We have been struggling with the feedback seen posted after moving, and our toilet never stops flushing, and there are paint splatters pretty much wherever the contractor did work, but it's not the worst place by any means. There is a lot of random foot traffic and sitting on our balcony we've witnessed more than a dozen close call accidents.

So far everything has been a smooth process. Xavey has been so easy and amazing to work with! She was super helpful and answered all our questions. We love our home!

The community is super quiet which I absolutely love. Moving was so easy and simple and we just absolutely love it here. No issues. No problems. Friendly staff.

I'm starting my 2nd year here at Maisons Landing and it has been a great place to live. I have really nice neighbors and the staff and maintenance people are great.

So far amazing location, amazing management, amazing poor,club house and gym. Been here since last year and they are always there to help out and listen to any problems that may occur.

Been loving these first few weeks here! Great maintenance service, fun kids, lots of dogs and reliable help from Brianna. From our first visit of the property to sending in an application to finalization, Brianna has been extremely helpful and patient with all of our many questions. So grateful for her!

Living here has been very interesting, the office staff can be very helpful, maintenance is very slow, though. Building specific; our building is really really loud, I’m not sure if other buildings are like that. We have other neighbors always shouting and yelling through the hallways or in their homes, and it can very loud to where we can hear them. There’s always a lot of baying on the walls too, and that I’m not sure what it is. Aside from the noise, a few neighbors are quite nice!

I've had nothing but good things so far. I just moved in and everyone seems to be friendly and it was extremely smooth. Only thing I'd improve is Amazon lockers, but I've just never used them before so maybe it is a me thing.

Rent is little expensive, living is good and safe. Amenities are good. Utility's are expensive. Good locality. Huge area to explore, a car is recommended.

Brianna is so kind and really made this move a pleasant experience. The community is nice and clean as well. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a sense of community.

Love the animal friendly environment, excited to get moved into apartment with more room for my family … I love the location next to the Jordan trail. Hoping this two test wait for a transfer will be worth it.

We moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far it has been such a great experience! Our unit was super clean when we moved in, we have super sweet neighbors, and an INCREDIBLE view of the Wasatch mountains. We love it here!

So far it’s been pretty good place to live. It’s nice having the Jordan River trail right next to my apartment. Also the freeway is right there as well. They don’t have some of the amenities like they stated when we first signed up .

So far it's been a good experience..My neighbors are quite and its always nice to live in a peaceful building. The property is well kept .Management is nice and maintenance is helpful and fast .

My fiancé, our Siberian Husky and I have been having a great time living here. It’s been safe. Our neighbors are kind. It’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s clean. Lots of free parking available. The gym is huge and there are so many great amenities. Also, the office staff are very kind and festive. : )

I love all of the amenities and community since recently moving into the apartments. The environment is very warm and welcoming. The staff is amazing and more than willing to assist with any needs. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I request maintenance to come look at my apartment. We had requested that the master bathroom sink be worked on. They accidentally “fixed” the tub instead. This is an amazing community. I highly recommend

I love living here..Anytime I have a maintenance issue, they are right here to fix it. The office staff is great as well.. I like the ease of paying my rent on the Bilt Rewards app..

I like living here everything is very peaceful and quiet, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone trying to find a place to live and the maintenance here is super fast and easy.

The office staff are incredibly helpful every time I’ve went in. Never any noise issues, quick/friendly maintenance response. So far living here has been great.

I still enjoy living here, through the winter it was really nice that the lot was plowed. I am very lucky that all of my packages were safe in the amazon locker through Christmas. I just really wish we had a hot tub.

Love my apartment! It’s cozy and comfortable. The only thing that actually bugs me is the neighbors. Most of the ones living next to us or under us are very loud, we’ve had to call the security team and even the police before.

It was one of the best move in experience of my life. The management staff was super nice and caring. As well it was super easy to apply and eventually fill everything out!

Smooth and Great area to live. Nice facilities and amenities. Safe area, commute might be a problem if you don't have a vehicle. Bus service is just fine

Seems to be great so far!! We like that the river trail is close. Management seems nice and easy to work with! The pool is open year around which is nice they recently made it heated. There are lots of green spaces to hangout and grills to use around the grounds.

I love living here so far! Office staff is very nice and helpful and has made my move in experience super easy. I love all the amenities and having the trail right outside of my apartment.

I love this complex, neighbors are friendly upon passing but keep to selves. We have loved everything about this complex aside from our struggle to obtain more space in which seems to be getting taken care of currently therefore I assume this was just timing issues until now. I love how animal friendly this complex is and the girls in the office who sit up front are absolutely amazing. They never make me feel like I am bothering them even with simple inquiries, they always greet me with a welcoming smile and do anything they can to assist. If they do not know the information they always immediately find answers before I leave the office.

The staff are very friendly, Jennifer, was awesome. Right away you can tell it is a very clean community and the neighbors were very kind and welcoming.

We've only been here for about 2 weeks, but it's been good so far! The complex is in a central and nice, quiet area and we haven't experienced any major issues. Brylee was amazing from my initial contact with the complex to move-in -- super helpful and responded to my emails almost immediately. We also were able to have quite a few fees waived from our application and were gifted a $500 gift card upon move-in. Our shower was malfunctioning since we'd moved in and I finally made a maintenance request and it was quickly fixed. Also, I will say the appliances in our apartment are very outdated, but I can't argue too much with the rent price. Not too many problems with neighbors, but I have seen that people haven't been picking up after their dogs in the green spaces. Will update after we've been here longer.

The apartment was not ready for move in, a lot of things needed to be fixed or cleaned. Also, all my appliances are really outdated. The best thing here is the apartment staff and the trail.

Rent has increased by $100. The staff told me when I renewed that the I said me amount increased as well to 300k instead of the 100k, even though I signed a legal document for 100k. Doesn’t seem like a reasonable practice.

We are so happy here! It is a huge upgrade from our apartment in downtown. Love the pool, gym, club house, bbq areas, dog park and dog wash, playground for kids, basketball courts and volleyball court. Even if the Jordan River isn’t super clean, it’s nice being next to a body of water and enjoying all the nature. Chay is an awesome leasing agent, and so glad we could move here!

Just moved in on December 21st , So far I've experienced very nice property management team. The girls in the office are nice and helpful. I received the incentive for moving in sooner than expected so that was a nice surprise. So far my building is quite and peaceful, no complaints

I love living here for the most part.. Just don't like having to pay $35.00 a month for amenities I can't use because of heart issues. Besides that, it is a very nice place to live. Maintenance issues are ALWAYS taken care of right away and the property is always clean and well taken care of..

I love my apartment! Very spacious and beautiful grounds! The staff was very nice and welcoming when I was going through the move in process. Most definitely recommend these apartments!

mostly everything is good. but i don't like that i can hear people talking in the hallways when i'm inside my apartment. and i also don't like that the thermostat changes the temperature automatically without me telling it to change. I would prefer that the temperature stays at the same heat unless i change it. but other than that it's a nice apartment and really helpful staff so far

Expensive for no reason and then you can’t even rent out a garage for cheap. Had cockroaches when we first moved in and then had to move again into a different one.

It is at nice place for living except for some neighborhoods with pets they not pick up the poop . And another they make disturb in the pool and affect all community

Our time has been good! Aside from our loud as all get out neighbors, the leasing staff has been awesome. Chaylynn has helped out with everything and made our move in process so much easier! She’s absolutely amazing and kind, and quick to respond!

It's been a great experience all around. Love living here. Everything is very well maintained, it's a beautiful area, and great little apartment community.
