Management is great. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. We are so grateful that the staff communicated with us so efficiently when in the process of applying to move in, especially with our little blessing on the way. Very clean and quiet apartments, highly recommend!

I have lived here for over 5 years in 3 different apartments and I really enjoy it. It’s right in the heart of town, quiet community, and great staff. There will always be ups and downs but every time they went above and beyond to make sure satisfaction was there. I love it here.
This was the first apartment me and my girlfriend applied to and we got accepted soon after! Melissa was so helpful in helping us apply and answering ALL of our questions, she’s the best! And I can’t say enough about the maintenance, they’re so quick in responding to our requests and always get the job done. I’m definitely going to be renewing next year! (:
I have lived here for 5 years. The location is very safe and convenient. The trees are lovely and the maintenance men are friendly and helpful.
I have lived here at Masion Bocage for 6 1/2 years and I don't want to move ever!! The staff is very nice and friendly. Changes in staff over the years have occurred and the staff now is more than excellent and it is obvious that new people are helping the wonderful that has remained be better at their jobs and everything is running smoothly. Updates are being made and its a wonderful environment. Beautiful grounds and safe. I can walk around the complex as late as 10 or 11 pm and I see the same neighbors and no one strange or scary. Best apartments I have ever lived in
I like the area. It’s safe. The schools in the area are a problem sometimes but can be worked around. The apartment walls are pretty thick. Definitely had worse in other apartments. Cant hear the neighbors too much. I wish they had more dog waste areas, with the bags. They only have a couple sprinkled around the property. Overall great place. They got the two pools, and tennis courts. The property is well maintained. Pretty trees too.

I’ve been living in Masion Bocage Apartments almost a year now , and I can honestly say that this is one of the best apartment complex I have ever lived in . Nice , quiet , and staff is super friendly . If you run into a problem they are on it ASAP . I love it it here at Masion Bocage
The office staff here are awesome to work with! Mrs. Martha, Kayla and Melissa are wonderful. The maintenance staff are on top of things. The area is good and central to everything. The management is in the process of upgrading windows and was told that they were going to begin updating the patios. I really have no complaints. I lived in this complex years ago and when I returned to Lafayette after moving away, this is the first place I came to.
I moved December 8th, so far the experience of living here is pretty good. The staff is friendly, everything is well kept together. If I have any issues or questions Mrs.kayla and Mrs.Martha are quick to respond and help with anything! It’s very quiet and peaceful in the complex. This is a good place for a family or by yourself
The worst part about this apartment is the people who live here. Loud, rude, and the office is no help. Dog waste everywhere, loud music, and TVs so loud I can hear it from outside. And the office is aware of all Sad part is the rooms are nice, but the community is DISGUSTING

As a resident of MasonBoCage Apartments for 16 years now,this place is Home.Sixteen years ago after a divorce, my two children ,both teenagers at the time,and I moved to this complex . After both children completed High School and college and moved away, I decided to stay right where I am. Through the years, I've had good neighbors and very few bad ones. Right now all good ones. Yeah!! There is small gym here,which I use almost daily and two pools, which I use when my grandchildren are here visiting. Life here fulfills all my needs. People all around and workers that come to repair and fix all things that break in the apartment. I am comfortable and happy here. Would like to stay for a long time more.
