Established in 1942 by the United States Government, Oak Ridge was formed to be the site of the Manhattan Project—the secret World War II program that developed the atomic bomb—and the home base for the tens of thousands who worked on the project, along with their families. Eli totally took care of my kitchen faucet problem. My request was answered super promptly and Eli knew exactly what to do. The problem was in the faucet nozzle and he brought 3 different styles to replace the defective one. (I was impressed he thought ahead to bring back-ups!). Can’t say enough about our Maintenance guys! Super professional, know their stuff and very courteous!

I just moved in last week and I don’t have any complaints about anything. The application and move in process was super easy and very accommodating!! All the staff has been very helpful and the amenities are amazing.
The transition was super simple. The office staff is incredible. These apartments offer a great living space and a quiet, friendly community. We love it! So thankful to be able to call Main Street Lofts our home!

Spent my first night in my apartment. Everyone is so very friendly and respectful of your space. Being a night shifter, I especially appreciate the quietness of my neighbors.
We arrived in move in day and the staff was prepared with all of our documents ready. The process was smooth and fast. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. It really could not have gone better.
The apartments are clean and well kept. Great location, near plenty of various stores. Parking can be tough, garbage is a long way from apartment.
All of the amenities are clean and kept up with! This location is so convenient for me working near the plants and being close to a lot of nice shopping and food options!

So far so good! I enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen, and the wonderful amenities that come along with it. Everything in this place is fueled with smiles (not just the office folks but also those of maintenance, and the residents). That is very important to me. It's the best amenity (I hate that word because it's a cliché, but love the intent). There are some things yet to try (the often-praised food trucks, the "gym," carwash...) I look forward to the salt-filtered pool when it gets hotter. Perhaps I'll post some photos, when I take some good ones.

We moved in, in September of ‘24 and it’s been the best renting experience I’ve yet to have. Our apartment is so spacious & modern. The amenities are outstanding. Maintenance is PHENOMENAL & the front office is quick to respond with any questions or requests we have. I tell everyone who’s looking for an apartment that these Main Street Lofts can’t be beat.

Working with the ladies in the office to get set to in our new apartment was a dream. This is my first time dealing with a leasing office and I was actually kind of scared! But the ladies were absolutely amazing. I fought so hard to get my family into this apartment and to be completely honest, they fought just as hard as I did. The process was so smooth and my new home is just as beautiful as the community.

I absolutely loved working with the leasing office. They're all so sweet and took great care of my and my family. It was important to find a 3 bedroom on the first floor. It is a bit noisier living in an apt in the center of town but I also gain time off my commute. I'm excited for the weather to warm up and meet the rest of my neighbors and put my discounts to use as a resident of Main Street Lofts.
