Main Street Lofts | Luxury Apartments

They have it all here; self car wash, walking trails, amazon hub, gyms, many hang out areas and many shopping places all within 5 minutes. Staff made it so easy to move in and answered all of my questions promptly. Great place to consider when apartment shopping in the Knoxville/Oak Ridge area.

Our move in at Main Street Lofts has been great! Friendly and helpful staff (thank you Hannah!), nice location, and a well organized community was exactly what we were looking for!

I just moved in last week and I don’t have any complaints about anything. The application and move in process was super easy and very accommodating!! All the staff has been very helpful and the amenities are amazing.

The transition was super simple. The office staff is incredible. These apartments offer a great living space and a quiet, friendly community. We love it! So thankful to be able to call Main Street Lofts our home!

Very quiet and nice I have had no issues so far. The elevator on the building makes it easy access especially for when my friends visit that has disibilities

Spent my first night in my apartment. Everyone is so very friendly and respectful of your space. Being a night shifter, I especially appreciate the quietness of my neighbors.

We arrived in move in day and the staff was prepared with all of our documents ready. The process was smooth and fast. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. It really could not have gone better.

The apartments are clean and well kept. Great location, near plenty of various stores. Parking can be tough, garbage is a long way from apartment.

All of the amenities are clean and kept up with! This location is so convenient for me working near the plants and being close to a lot of nice shopping and food options!

We have loved living here so far! Our daughter loves how close we are to the park, the pool and all of the dogs she gets to see every day! The staff are all very kind.

As a first time renter, after 3.5 yrs, I am well pleased with all aspects of apartment living. Staff, accommodation, faciities, are all first class. What few issues re: maintenance or administrative have been resolved with a minimum of delay or inconvenience. Keep up the good work.

I have enjoyed the last 7 months living at Main Street Lofts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Community is clean and offers great amenities. So glad I chose to renew my lease at the lofts.

Air conditioning stopped working Sunday morning. Submitted a request, not expecting it to be addressed until Monday. Eli the Maintenance Supervisor was onsite, checked the request and came immediately to make the repair. This was fantastic as we were in our hottest week of the year thus far. We were very appreciative of this excellent service.

Main Street Lofts is a very upscale, clean, and safe apartment complex. Amenities such as an inground saltwater pool and grilling stations that are available for everyone are just a few of the things that really shine about this place. The staff are very friendly and courteous always there to answer questions or help you with any issues that might arise.

I have been here going on four years and if you look around at all the new apartment going up in this area you just won't find a better place than Main Street Lofts! The office staff, the Maintenance staff, awesome! Amenities can't be beat and you can get to all the things you need within walking distance. Even close to walking trail. Phenomenal staff. Extremely helpful, empathetic, and good attitudes. The apartments are beautiful. I love my apartment. It is much bigger than i intended (i only seen a virtual tour before moving here). The complex is just beautiful. Maintained fabulously. Lovely plants and landscapes. The views are breathtaking, the amenities are awesome, and most importantly the residents are very friendly people with smiles and hospitality. Just loving it here!

So far so good! I enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen, and the wonderful amenities that come along with it. I came from a super small apartment with neighbors who weren't exactly the most considerate before coming here and now I feel like I can actually take pride in where I'm living. Also, the location is very convenient.

Everything in this place is fueled with smiles (not just the office folks but also those of maintenance, and the residents). That is very important to me. It's the best amenity (I hate that word because it's a cliché, but love the intent). There are some things yet to try (the often-praised food trucks, the "gym," carwash...) I look forward to the salt-filtered pool when it gets hotter. Perhaps I'll post some photos, when I take some good ones.

Great staff! Love the location and the responsive and understanding staff. It is quiet and rare to hear my neighbors which makes it more pleasant.

We moved in, in September of ‘24 and it’s been the best renting experience I’ve yet to have. Our apartment is so spacious & modern. The amenities are outstanding. Maintenance is PHENOMENAL & the front office is quick to respond with any questions or requests we have. I tell everyone who’s looking for an apartment that these Main Street Lofts can’t be beat.

good experience every one i have been in contact with had been very helpful and courteous. the apartment is nice and quiet. in a good location for shopping and restaurants and access to work.

Working with the ladies in the office to get set to in our new apartment was a dream. This is my first time dealing with a leasing office and I was actually kind of scared! But the ladies were absolutely amazing. I fought so hard to get my family into this apartment and to be completely honest, they fought just as hard as I did. The process was so smooth and my new home is just as beautiful as the community.

Apartment was clean and in excellent condition at move in. The amenities at the complex are first rate. The office personnel were very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved working with the leasing office. They're all so sweet and took great care of my and my family. It was important to find a 3 bedroom on the first floor. It is a bit noisier living in an apt in the center of town but I also gain time off my commute. I'm excited for the weather to warm up and meet the rest of my neighbors and put my discounts to use as a resident of Main Street Lofts.

Best location. Always very clean. The staff is on point. For Oak Ridge, this is your best option. With so few good options, they could be mediocre and still the best. However, this place is topshelf.

I live the community. Everyone at the office is kind. The amenities are endless. I've never seen an apartment management team to engaged with their residents. Same thing with the maintenance crew!

Everyone has been super nice and helpful, which has made moving/transitioning in seamless. We are excited about all the amenities that are provided; especially for the dogs.

The apartments are new, modern and luminous. The neighborhood has everything you need at a waking distance, and the community is peaceful, kind and respectful.

Nice, clean apartments in a great location right next to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. They’re still building so all the amenities aren’t available yet but I’m sure they will be great when it’s finished!
