The staff both maintenance and office are wonderful. It is close to grocery stores and the train so I can get to work. Having the option to have a washer and dryer in the apartment is great because it is a time saver and very convenient overall.

Between the poor quality of the renovations and the lack of effort from management in response to complaints of noise even after quiet hours in our case even at 3 AM. Managements solution is to have us talk to the neighbor instead of them which surely will help my sleep and couldn't possibly cause issues between neighbors.This place is overpriced and underdelivered in every way I can imagine. Floors have nails coming through the cheap paneling that was installed, lights constantly going out and $400 electric bills that we can't even imagine how we could create in a month please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Everyone keeps to themselves as far as I’ve seen. Lost 2 deliveries in the short time I’ve been here so there are either thieves in my building or they are on the prowl outside. It doesn’t make for a very trusting relationship with my neighbors or anyone I see outside the building.

Leasing an apartment at Main Street comes with a few ups and downs, but overall has been a mostly pleasant experience the past 8 years I've lived there. Maintenance issues are usually addressed promptly and leasing office is flexible with residents struggling financially to meet the ever increasing cost of living in this area. Units are well cared for my most residents and neighbors here are phenomenal. Location is also ideal for anyone with or without children and pets welcomed and enjoyed.

I love the sense of community yet respect for privacy. I absolutely LOVE the quiet. The quality of the grounds upkeep & the whimsical decorations of balconies and porch areas show the residents here have a sense of flair w/o being overbearing. I wish I would have moved here sooner.

Without A/C for a month now and no response from management before a massive heatwave about finding a solution other than waiting "a few weeks at least" from their "vendor". Now I'm spending more money with portable ACs running constantly while the other half of the apartment is unusable as the heat rises.

Love the area. All the amenities are great. My daughter loves the playground and swimming pool. The leasing office was super easy to work with. So far love living here!

My experience has been very rewarding. I have lived comfortably and peacefully. My neighbors are both respectful and quiet. I am close to the train for work and the interstate for travel as well as grocery stores and food. The staff is great both maintenance and office staff.

I recently stayed at here, and overall, my experience was average. The location is a major plus, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is decent in size and has a functional layout. However, the building is starting to show its age, with some wear and tear visible in common areas. The interior of the apartment is moderately maintained; and the fixtures could use an upgrade. Noise from neighboring units can be heard easily.

Great location near major highways and trains- great team attentive and friendly- apartments are big enough for me and features are o point for 2024.

Beautiful community complex. Well organized layout. Floors become little noisy when upstairs residents are walking or doing stuffs on their floor. Other than that a nicely designed place to stay.

I have found the neighbors to be nice.The maintenance staff are quick to respond issues. The grass and Ground are nicely maintained. Staff is friendly.

Very convenient location. Ladies in the office are great & maintenance staff is great too! They are doing lots of updates around the complex so things look really nice. Needs more amenities.

Its great, I really like it. There apartment is nice and it has quite enough space for whatever you need to do. The master bedroom is spacious and the two bathrooms is nice.

Overall a very nice community and apartment building, the renovations are nice and mostly well done. Biggest issue I've had is noise through the floor. Sound seems to come straight through making being in the living room nearly impossible to enjoy.

Great community with a lot of upgrades coming along. Nice office staff. The maintenance team is fast and efficient. Newly renovated apartments seem to have no sound barrier to apartment above. I can hear my neighbors all day.
