VJ ALLOWS rats and bedbuds, roaches. YOU NAME IT. muliple times we told him about these situations and he does absolutely nothing, hes too stingy to fix potholes and keeps sending the same cheap fumigators that do not work.
think twice before moving, place infested with roaches, bug (bedbugs) and rats. always smells and management is not interested in helping.horribleeee
