Property Ratings at Maiden Choice Apartments
Landlords are completely unresponsive and uncaring about any issue with the building. There are cockroaches and rats everywhere no matter how clean you are. Packages get regularly stolen and landlords installed cameras but won’t let you see the footage and do nothing about it. Maintenance dripped rotten meat juice all over the stairs and it took them over a month to come back and clean up, after 5-10 phone calls and requests to wash the stairs. This is an unsafe, unclean building. Landlords do not even live in the state. They will charge you the absolute maximum in rent and can’t even do the bare minimum to keep their tenants safe. Move in literally anywhere else, do not come here. You are not safe.

Apartements are great, amenities are decent, security of your parcels might hamper if yhou stay in level 1 of 5001 next to apartment C. Owner of apartments is very sweet while you are trying to rent the place and you would be ignored when you move in. Things that went bad in apartment werent fixed the entire year of stay.

Complex is under new management and ownership as of August 2022. Great maintenance and service. Beautiful place to live. On site cleaning team and gardening. Heat included. Move in specials. Come check us out!
