I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Magnolia Row Apts. The staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was working on my A/C unit or simple emptying my trash, as I am recovering from an serious illness. The staff have been very kind and helpful to me. The grounds are always spotless. I also appreciate the friendly neighbors. The pool and fitness center are excellent features. I have lived here since 2023 and so has my fiance. We lived in separate 1 bedroom apartments and combined to a 2 bedroom and we have the best neighbors. We will be here until we eventually get a house!

Someone has come in and renovated all of the apartments and the outside! They have added privacy fences, a playground, and are adding more things like a fitness center and dogpark in 2024! I was amazed at how great this complex looks now compared to 3 years ago. The new staff is fantastic!! They have helped eagerly through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I cannot wait to get moved in and calling it home! 10/10 recommend!

I've lived here almost 6 years I have a 2 bedroom apartment and I'm looking to down size to a 1 bedroom
these apartments are very roomy. Staff is very friendly. Well maintained common areas. Pool stays open year round. Pet friendly. very nice place to live.
