Lots of Issues

Left this place with a lot of complaints: *back deck was in awful shape and dangerous to walk on *maintenance staff was slow to respond to work orders and didn't seem very well informed *AC unit repeatedly froze up and stopped working *office staff is very hard to get in contact with and were frequently gone during advertised business hours *exercise room was rarely cleaned and one of the machines was out of commission for a few months without even a sign *many apartments face a warehouse with bright lights on all night which made sleep difficult The apartment itself was clean, at least. No mold, no leaks, no bug problems.

HOME SWEET HOME!!!

We ABSOLUTELY love it here!! We've been here a year and a half and we have NEVER had any issue with neighbors, maintenance or management! I am type 1 diabetic and i have been dealing with an infection that hit the bone in my foot so, I've been in a boot and now a cast and there was a water leak in our apartment... WELL THE LADIES AT THE OFFICE ARE GREAT FOR NOW THAN ONE REASON but, i wanna brag on them because these ladies sent people in to sanitize & clean my wood floors the SAME NIGHT because they knew my situation!! ?????????????????? They did this for all 4 units in my building but since my situation was a little different si they sent them the same night andddd they paid for this!!! Anyone that has ever lived in an apartment knows this is a rare thing and they also gave us a credit towards our rent. We did not ask for any of this they just did it. I am GRATEFUL for this!!!! You guys are awesome!!! I would recommend Magnolia Pointe to anyone! Thank you Thank you!!??????

Nasty Apartments

My roommates and I were told we were moving to a nice apartment. We notice holes and the walls and a horrible paint job. As the rain came, the mold came. You would think they would change the carpet… nope. Just painted over mold and stains. A maintenance man broke blinds while cleaning mold. I went to check and see what was done, still mold in window pane. Black stuff coming out shower head. Just horrible management. Sent me an email saying damaged blinds for two rooms. Our pictures show different. They’ll overcharge you and will lie about complaints to make you renew your lease. All about money. If you want to live with bugs and mold, this is the place for you.

Bug infested, holes in walls, buckling ceiling and dirty

This is by far the worst appartment complex I have ever had to live in. Just the other night my bed was swarmed with ants. Roaches all over the outside area. If you drop a piece of food next to you door on the outside, it will be swarmed with an army of ants. The appartment came with NO door on one of the bed rooms, holes in the walls paint over toilets and counters etc. By far a horrible place to live.

Do Not Rent Here! So Many Issues!!

The management staff does not handle anything in a timely manner and they are always unreachable. I have had bad water leaks over and over and they did the bare minimum to solve it and always took days to even get in contact with me. Horrible bug issues since move in day and they don’t inspect the apartments before they allow you to move in. My carpet was soaked and we had cockroaches. Tried to put costs on us for something we didn’t cause. Our work orders disappeared without anyone calling or showing up. Nothing was clean when we moved in and when we opened the door they were actively adding another layer of paint to all the doors. Extremely unprofessional staff and an awful place to live. Keep a record of all communication with the office. They will lie and screw you over any chance they get. Don’t rent here!

A lot of issues for just moving into a newly renovated unit and paying higher rent!

I had to move in late because apartment wasn’t ready! AC is not working properly. I still have repairs needed in a “newly renovated” apartment someone lived in for 10 years! Still no cabinet doors or drawers. Manager is so nice though, love her.

Spacious Apartment & New Clubhouse

Magnolia Pointe has spacious apartments with huge walk in closets!! The school zone is phenomenal. The girls in the office are sweet and maintenace is on top of things. I recommend the community!!

DO NOT rent from here please!

We have had issues on top of issues . We’ll be honest that it’s a convenient for school and getting to research park easily. This place did not make us feel comfortable after three to four fires (you will find two out of four on local news). Stayed the longest in our particular building and things were getting worse. Maintenance to infestation definitely a health and management issue. We pray that everyone can choose wisely especially if you have young children. We love our neighbors, but it's just not safe.

Record everything

My bath tub has been broken for approx 15 months. Work orders kept disappearing or being completed/canceled without contacting us or actually fixing the tub. Takes a while to get anything fixed! I asked for only one month of free rent in compensation and have been led on a crazy month long ride of no one seeming to know what is going on and the “corporate number” they have not answering and I can’t even leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I have lived here for about 2 years and am not happy. If you are looking to rent here I would suggest looking elsewhere but if you do make sure you document everything and record your phone calls with the management team to protect yourself.

Maintenance/office staff have room for improvement

It takes forever to get things fixed, if it gets fixed at all- one of the maintenance men is really nice, the others not at all. Office staff is not as polite as they could be either. Parking is poor- not enough spaces, a lot of tenants on one side of the complex actually park on a side street instead of in the apartment complex because of that. Not enough dumpsters either for the amount of units, they fill up fast and people leave trash all over on the ground around the dumpster. Hardly anyone cleans up after their dogs, and kids run all over the place banging on doors and looking in windows at all hours.

Spacious Closets and nice 3 bedroom

I currently live in a 3 bedroom at Waverly Place. It is very spacious including the closets. It was nice to be able to put ALL my clothes in shoes in one closet. The kitchens are open so that's nice when i have company over. Maintenance and the staff in the office are really nice. Haven't had any issues so far and it's been great. The only thing I wish was a little better is parking but I work crazy hours. Other than that, we're loving it

It's ok

I have lived here for a year, and I am about to move. It is a nice place to live. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, but it's always something that needs to be fixed. The ac does mess up a lot. They are nice, but not for the price that tenants have to pay.
