Property Ratings at Magnolia on Melody Townhomes
These are pretty nice. I think all (or almost all) of them were redone within the last few years. They have a lot of nice touches. Kitchens and bathrooms are really nice and it feels like a newly-built place. You only get two parking spaces per unit, but the landlords own the apartments next door and your guests can park there if they need to. Overall I liked living there.
I loved this unit, the only downside is the limited parking and people can tell if you're home or not. Other then that, everything is new well finished. The front office and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive. No issues w/ critters or leaks. I had a great stay
Landlord was nice when we moved in. After that they never wanted to fix anything. Made us feel like it was an inconvenience that we had problems. Our kitchen sink leaked for 6 months. Maintenance came to fix it on 2 different occasions. When he came to fix our shower head, which had to be replaced, he stated he had a new sink for us but didn’t have time to put it in. We had a mouse that ate through food, landlords never had pest control come out. We also had an animal living in our air ducts. You definitely get what you pay for. We decided to break our lease early, & was told we wouldn’t be able to get any of security deposit back because the condition of the apartment was unknown. The condition was terrible because they never fixed anything. Glad to be gone.
Enjoyed our year living here. Landlords were very personable. Always made sure the grounds were clean and organized. Fixed everything as quick as possible. Great living space.
